La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. This apartment is completely renovated and has a 17 sq. meter terrace with incredible views. It has a table with four chairs and two sun loungers. In the bedroom, we have a 1.50-meter bed with a TV and a wardrobe with a safe. In the living room, we have a 1.50-meter sofa, a 50-inch TV, and air conditioning. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. The bathroom has a modern shower with hot water, a washing machine, a dryer, a hair straightener, and a makeup magnifying glass.
