Everything is as shown in the photos, a beautiful place, it had all the amenities one might need, both hosts responded quickly and kindly, we loved it ❤️

The house is more beautiful than seen by photos, it has a closed quincho (although it also has windows) and is next to the house, it has several old decoration details, it has all the kitchen utensils (there is no need to carry anything), Valentina and Gladys are very friendly and respond quickly any concerns, with security we will return

Accommodation that is foolproof, the place is comfortable, cozy, has all the necessary amenities, heating, a very well-equipped kitchen, a perfect terrace with a barbecue, the area is very quiet and private, and Raúl is a 7, always attentive and very kind. We'll definitely be back.

This place is a Bohemian gem. I has a great view of the Bay from the patio, the neighborhood is full of art and murals and restaurants. Good Internet, hot showers, great views. Potential downsides: has thin walls with the (respectful) neighbors, so I can't recommend it as honeymoon suite. Neighborhood has lots of hills and stairs, so not ideas for the immobile or aging.

With my family we had a pleasant stay, the place was exactly as described, family, quiet, clean, great location by the sea, house with beautiful decor, all the necessary implementation and very welcoming. María Paz is an excellent host, concerned and very friendly. Would definitely go back.

Excellent house just minutes from Reñaca beach! We stayed only one night but you'll definitely want to stay several more days because of the quality of the house! We will definitely be back! Thank you

Javier as host is a super attentive and friendly 100/10, when arriving in Valparaíso I had an inconvenience with check-in and I help me without any problem, I was able to enjoy his Airbnb together with my partner which is beautiful, located in a very quiet place in Valparaíso and very beautiful, it has a terrace that has a very nice view as well as its bedroom that overlooks the sea, the house has everything you need to arrive, enjoy and rest. It is no more than thank you for the good disposition of Javier who together with his wife made my stay wonderful, I felt like at home and rest more than I expected, a wonderful place to rest.

The experience was wonderful, a beautiful apartment, the view is amazing, you won't regret it! Just keep in mind that parking is preferable for medium-sized vehicles, or very skilled people parking (which I am not, but luckily my husband is😅)

This is the 4th time we've stayed in these apartments, the place is quiet and the view is wonderful, the apartment is clean and has everything you could need, but this time I want to highlight the host, who despite the fact that we had a 5 hour difference was always attentive to any need we had and always maintained great communication.

I loved the accommodation, the host's service was great, the place was beautiful, the view from the balcony was very nice. Everything was tidy and clean, access was very simple, private parking, residential neighborhood, a great cafe nearby, the supermarket a few blocks away and the dunes too. We were able to use the heated pool in the facilities. We were two couples and we had a great time. Perhaps the only aspect to improve is that it would be good to have a couple more kitchen utensils, bowls/salad bowls, and perhaps salt and sugar, but the truth is that despite that, it was a great stay and an extremely comfortable place to rest and disconnect. The beds were very comfortable, and although I missed watching TV lying down, the truth is that it helped me to rest completely haha Highly recommended, we will definitely come back!!

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.

It was a very good experience, in every way! Carlos was always very attentive to any need, showed willingness, and recommended several things in the area. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, with all the implements, good access, quiet sector, totally recommended!

Claudio's place worked perfectly for our party of two couples. We had privacy with two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as useful and comfortable shared space in the kitchen, living room, and 2nd floor patio. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfasts and most dinners over the course of 5 days. We enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast at the central counter in the kitchen and the pleasure of having dinner on the patio with comfortable chairs and a view of the peaceful, shared, c courtyard. We loved the location and walked every day to enjoy the touristed areas and neighborhoods. It worked well to use Uber to get to Pablo Neruda's house, La Sebastiana, and to walk back along Ave. Alemania. A convenience store was just a 4 minute walk away. Parking was very secure inside a locked gate with surveillance, and the security guys were helpful and polite from check-in to departure. They buzz you in as soon as they see you approach the pedestrian gate once they know you.
