Yudmer's home is excellent, impeccable, clean and tidy, private as to enjoy as a family or with friends. The view is amazing from all the duplex rooms. Nearby there is a convenience store where we find everything and the parking is fabulous private and safe. We had a lot of fun and had a great time. Thank you Yudmer for being attentive at all times. We hope to be back soon!!

We stayed at this house for my mom's and cousin's birthday, and it was an excellent experience! The house is prettier than the pictures, modern, safe and well laid out. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor, 2 bedrooms with a bathroom on the third floor, and one more with a bathroom on the terrace. All spacious, comfortable and with an extra mattress. The equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and balcony with vegetation are on the second floor. It also has a laundry area, umbrella, and clean pool. The area is safe, 5 minutes from Playa Norte, close to the Garden Peach Hotel, park and restaurants. Pepe and Monica were friendly, responsive, and flexible with check-in and check-out. I recommend it and we'd love to come back!

We had an excellent stay! Both Karen and Elizabeth were friendly and attentive. The view from the apartment was beautiful. We loved sitting outside and listening to the waves. The apartment had everything we needed to relax, cook meals, and enjoy the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was very good with your stay. The pool was very close and accessible, there was parking and the interaction with the host was very good. The distance from the beach by car is quick, walking takes longer but it's not difficult to access.

Johanna was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had, which made everything smooth and stress-free. It was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city of Lima. We came as a family and would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and recharge by the ocean.

The place was exactly as depicted in the pictures and the Host was very reliable and easy to communicate with. It was a great place to stay for New Year’s holidays.

It's a very safe area, Reyna and Mr. Walter were very kind, they were always attentive to everything. All areas of the house are very tidy with a pleasant smell. I felt right at home, I went to celebrate my birthday and they even left me a nice touch.

My experience was excellent. The place not only met, but exceeded my expectations: very quiet, with all the necessary amenities and an incredible view facing the sea. Ideal for resting, relaxing and disconnecting from the daily rhythm. In addition, the host was super friendly and helpful at all times, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I'd love to go back to.

Nice and clean apartment, good location, easy to get to, it has everything you need to spend days relaxing, close to the beach and the condominium has pools you can use, which were clean and the surroundings of the condominium too, a quiet place. Sarah the host always pending and lends a helping hand.
