You will love my place because of the wonderful view over the bay of Valparaiso and the entire coastline of the region.The loft is part of an old house of Cerro Alegre,completely renovated and the location is perfect,close to places of interest, such as art and culture, incredible views, family activities and restaurants and food. Ideal for walking around the hill. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers and business travelers. It is a very intimate place,special for lovers.

Heritage value house with incredible bay views.

My house has an important heritage value as it has 100 years but perfectly maintained, comfortable and cosy, with a wood warming stove, high ceilings, beautiful views of the whole bay and harbour. With two terraces, a kitchen totally implemented and beautiful views from kitchen and dining room. We don’t have this house for business. It’s our beautiful place to escape from stress which we rent when we don’t go.

We stayed 4 nights in Gonzalo's loft and our stay went very well. The accommodation is ideally located in the tourist areas of Valparaiso, on a quiet street. The loft is spacious and very bright, modern and pleasant. Gonzalo is very kind and responsive by message. We'll be happy to go back!

This place is a Bohemian gem. I has a great view of the Bay from the patio, the neighborhood is full of art and murals and restaurants. Good Internet, hot showers, great views. Potential downsides: has thin walls with the (respectful) neighbors, so I can't recommend it as honeymoon suite. Neighborhood has lots of hills and stairs, so not ideas for the immobile or aging.

This is truly a one of a kind unique place to stay in Valparaiso. The location is perfect, the neighborhood was funky with lots of small restaurants and boutiques nearby. Of course there was street art everywhere. We were a few blocks from a bakery and small market that we frequented multiple times. The house itself was a historic and beautifully maintained building. It was enormous, somehow even bigger than the pictures. There were lots of interesting old knickknacks throughout the house. The view from the upper room was beautiful. Pablo was a very gracious host and we were met by Cecelia who went out of her way to make us comfortable despite the language barrier. On top of it all we were met with a bottle of Chilean wine. Can’t recommend enough.

The exterior of a restaurant features a bold black sign displaying the name 'Casa Dumplings & Co.' A wooden sign hangs above the entrance, adding to the rustic appearance. Light pours in from an awning-covered outdoor seating area alongside the street, creating a welcoming vibe.
