The terrace is very large with a pergola and barbecue, the pool is 9x4.5. Beautiful ocean views from the house, and a solarium with more views. Beaches 3km, 4km away, shops 3km away. Bars and restaurants 1 km away. Ideal for families looking for tranquility. Suitable for remote work with a 50mg wifi that can be used at 100mg. Very comfortable even in winter with a pellet fireplace.
