If you want to relax and drink fine wine within 1 metre of the beach and within 4 metres of the water this is the lance for you. Quite amazing to be so close to nature, the calming sound of the rippling waves and all under a warm Spanish sun…. Tables, chairs and sunshade provided . Should you not want to cook walk 1 metre to the right to a seafront restaurant, they will even serve you to your own appt table. The house itself was comfortable although perhaps the bedrooms lacked a bit of privacy due to the nature and likely original design of the building but I’m straining to criticise anything …… would return but will be bringing big repellent! Mucho Gracias!

The apartment was spacious, light, bright and airy with room to move around easily. The cleanliness of the apartment was really appreciated: a well-equipped kitchen, an appropriately appointed bathroom, with a constant supply of hot water and comfortable bedrooms. We were surprised and grateful to see the welcoming gifts left in the fridge. Much of our time was spent on the sunny terrace which we appreciated, enjoyed and relaxed on at all times of the day and offered wonderful views of the beach/bay and harbour area. The car could be parked easily in the building’s car park and this was a bonus, in a busy place. From the apartment, it is easy to walk to the beach, across to the marina and also to a range of shops, cafes and good supermarkets. Communication with the property owners was prompt and informative. We wouldn’t hesitate to reserve the Seafront Roof, in the future.

The cabin is beautifully located at the seafront with a huge terrace equipped with sun chairs, a table and lots of space to relax. The cabin has everything you need for cooking, washing and working. It’s the perfect place to wind down, swim in the ocean or go hiking. Only downside is the hiking trail right in front with some prying eyes by passing people ;) the bed and couch were a bit worn, but this is probably a question of taste. We highly recommend the place!

This property is simply incredible. Every element in the home is carefully considered and designed. We felt comfortable the entire time and had access to everything we needed. Had anything come up, i'm certain Claudia would have been ready to answer any question. The pool is stunning, exactly like the pictures. The garden is peaceful and a wonderful place to sit and relax each morning. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great wifi and TV. The bathroom and shower were spotless and we had plenty of towels. The washer was easy to use and we hung clothes to dry in the garden on a rack provided. The city of Figueres is quite lovely. Much more lively and interesting that we anticipated. We used it as a home base and took day trips with a rental car out to Cadaques, Girona, Tossa de Mar and other neighboring cities. The garage was a little tight for our car, but worked great regardless. A bigger vehicle likely would not fit. We couldn't recommend this home enough. Well worth every penny.

Wouter was an amazing host, very communicative and friendly. His place was very clean and had the best view of the sea. I will definitely be coming back.

Trudi’s beautiful fisherman’s home is full of charm and so beautifully renovated to fit into the surroundings! It has all the modern conveniences one would want but still retains a feeling of authenticity! Location is superb and a public and safe parking lot is walking distance away! The town is adorable and lots of fantastic little shops! A great base to explore Cadaques and Cap de Creus!

Magnificent!!!!! We are staying at Airbnb's for 9 months, so we created a rating scale. This place-100% off the chart. The space is an absolute dream. Lots of privacy and comfortable beds and furniture. Well decorated, felt homey. FREE bikes to ride to local grocery. Our favorite thing was laying on the comfortable balcony furniture, RIGHT ON the Mediterranean, listening to the waves. Nice towels/linen. But most of all the host is wonderful! When our train was canceled, he went out of his way to help. He also took the time to help when they wouldn't let our dog on the AMPSA bus when leaving. Saved us again!! Josep is the best. Absolutely 1000% recommend, just don't stay too long, because we will be back, lol :-) Perfect marks on our scale in all categories: safety, location, cleanliness, bed comfort, kitchen equipped, communication, aesthetically pleasing, household working as expected, ease of entry/exit, furniture availability and comfort. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!
