Great accommodation. The photos do not do the apartment justice. It is roomy, meticulously maintained and extremely well equipped. Communication with Chris and Juan before and during the stay was good. The communal areas are very spotless and local amenities are all within waling distance. Would definitely return and recommend.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

The apartment was great located and with a breathtaking view. I went with my 18 month old baby and my husband and everything we needed was close by to walk. Also my baby was very comfortable playing on the terrace. The apartment has the basics to have a great vacation. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic week in Calpe. Christophe’s apartment has the best location right on the beach and above an excellent gelato shop :) It is easily walkable to many adjacent restaurants. It looks just like the photos, modern and clean. Highly recommended and we are planning a return visit! Prompt communication with Christophe throughout our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay at Loraine’s place. Incredible views from the spotless property of the sea and the Penon de Ifach rock with a very short walk to both. Loved the pool, we felt like the only users which was a bonus! The flat is within walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops and a short stroll away from Platja de la Fossa for a beach change if you fancy it. We had such a relaxing stay that we’ll definitely be back in the future. Thank you Loraine!

Beautifully tastefully decorated apartment with the view as a unique selling point. Wonderfully comfortable bed, great bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Spaces exactly as described and in the photos from the ad. The apartment is centrally located close to the beach, with nice beach bar Euforia, restaurants, shops and the old town center. Everything within walking distance. The beach chairs and parasol present were a pleasant surprise. Communication with owners Oliver and Silke was excellent. They reported in advance that the swimming pool was not available due to overdue maintenance work and offered excellent compensation for this. The host on site, Valentina, is great. Very friendly, helpful and always quick to respond to messages. I can recommend Oliver and Silke's apartment with Valentina as a host to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Flat was in perfect location to restaurants and beach, clean, tidy . Chloe was really accommodating and quick to respond, we had a great week.

This place was beyond my expectation. Laura has to be the best host I've come across. She was super responsive and went over and beyond to help us with restaurant/ sight seeing recommendations. The place is in a great location and very clean. I traveled with my parents and we felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and kitchen supplies. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. I'd absolutely stay here again.

We stayed for a week. Everything you need was in the apartment. It is very comfortable and cozy. Beautiful sea view. Very quiet. Good swimming pool. Restaurants nearby, on the main street of G. Miro. And it's 5 minutes to the beach. Thank you for the nice stay!

We arrived quite late at night to pick up the keys and thank you for being very friendly! The apartment is just in front of one of the best known beaches in the area. We leave enchanted at the time of our return ☺️

Tilda & Dirk were the best hosts one could ask for! Tilda was super nice, responsive and extremely helpful. We stayed at both of their apartments in Calpe and in Benissa. Both apartments were very clean and nicely decorated. I’d suggest Calpe if you want a more fun/lively location just steps from the beach and Benissa if you want a quiet peaceful location. We had a wonderful trip and thank them for their warm hospitality.

The location is fantastic. It’s right on the beach and close to tons of restaurants and a few great markets. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and even had beach chairs and towels to take to the beach. The most amazing part is the large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. We sat out there a lot. Wonderful place. We would come back for certain. The host was so responsive and friendly and their city guide was very helpful and spot on.

Keli’s apartment is absolutely lovely, just as it looks in the photos. It was very peaceful with stunning views and it was so relaxing to hear the waves as you go to sleep. We stayed in April and the weather started mixed so it was great to have access to the heated indoor pool. The outdoor pools were very well kept although cool at this time of year. The gym and the grounds were excellently cared for. The balcony was perfect for sun downers. The flat is a short walk to Greenwich Marina where there are lots of restaurants and places you can buy fresh bread, have coffee or pick up a roast chicken and chips. Closer to the apartment there were 2 great little beach restaurants. One only opened for the season 2 days before we left. We made trips to Dénia, Calpe and Altea and our girls had a couple of tennis lessons at Altea tennis club which is only 10 minutes drive. I would definitely recommend a car. The beach is pebbly but the water is very clear and lovely to swim in.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

Unbelievable place to stay, we had two kids with us and they loved it, the pool area is so well thought out and safe for toddlers, all the edges are rounded, there is a shallow pool and the full pool area is fenced of with one lockable gate. Brilliant views from the amazing roof terrace. We didn’t have a car but we just down loaded a local taxi app which took us into town for 10 euro. Would great for two couples as well. We will definitely be going back!

We had a wonderful stay in Villajoyosa. The morning view from the terrace directly to the sea was incredibly relaxing and started the day perfectly. It was particularly beautiful to hear the gentle lapping of the waves at night – this created a very special atmosphere. The accommodation itself was spacious and well equipped, so we felt very comfortable. The only minor criticism was the cleanliness: on our arrival, hair from the previous owner was on the floor, but it was promptly removed after our feedback. There were also some stains on the sofa, which was a bit of a shame, but overall that didn't bother us. Overall, it was a great stay. If you are on vacation here, you should definitely have a car or rent one to reach the beautiful sandy beaches, explore the surroundings and get to different restaurants. We would definitely visit again!

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who received my group and me were super good, friendly and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. We liked the apartment very much, especially the beautiful view of the sea. The building where the apartment is located is also very clean. The locals are very friendly and the pool invites you to relax. We liked that it wasn't right in the party area and you had your peace. This is a beautiful apartment very close to the beach. There are amazing views of the sea from the living area, terrace and main bedroom. Angelo was punctual and helpful at check-in and everywhere was super clean. Excellent communication with the hosts and some minor issues were dealt with promptly. We had a car and drove into central Altea every day, but I'm guessing it's about a 25 minute walk. There is a very good supermarket close by and a few restaurants. We will be back!
