This gallery apartment is located in Plat, a lovely touristic place in Dubrovnik region, in the south of Croatia. It has an amazing sea view and it is only 13 kilometers away from Dubrovnik Old Town. It is air- conditioned and fully equipped. It is set approximatley 200 meters from the nearest beach. There are five beautiful sandy and pebble beaches within 300 meters from our place and two restaurants within 100 meters. It is a perfect choice especially for families with kids. Free parking

Apartment is in the house where owners live on site, and welcome guests and help in case help is needed, it is situated by the main road so you may expect some noise. Beaches are close by car or by walking. We had ti switch accounts due to law tax so this is a new add.

Very comfortable stay! Just one bus ride away from Old Town and the bus station is very close by. Mario responds very fast and is very accommodating to our needs. They let us leave our luggage even after we checked out! Highly recommend!

The view of house was amazing. If you have any chance to choose your flat- you should select ground floor. You may have large garden where you can watch the stars under the moon. Flat was very clean. It is very close the secret beach which is in front of the house. We loved it.

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Le logement était impeccable : propre, confortable, très bien situé et au calme. Inge a eu plein de petites attentions adorables qui ont rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Son mari Ivo, tout aussi charmant, est venu me chercher à l’aéroport et m’y a raccompagnée. Ils m’ont également permis un late check-out, ce qui m’a permis de profiter pleinement de ma dernière journée. Mlini est une petite ville pleine de charme, avec une magnifique balade le long de la mer Adriatique. Merci encore pour tout !

Bardzo przystępny gospodarz. Pani Paulina zawsze otwarta, gotowa żeby pomóc i bardzo miło nas ugościła. Szybko odpowiadala na wiadomości. pokój był czysciutki. Kuchnia również czysta i bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Przyjechaliśmy wcześniej i pozwolono nam wcześniej zalogować się do pokoju. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Wszystko blisko- do plaży 3 minuty, centrum również w poblizu, sklepy, przystanki, przystań skąd można popłynąć do Dubrownika, Kościół katolicki. Piękne miejsce, wszystko na miejscu, z jednej strony deptak ale z drugiej możliwość wyjścia w miejsca mniej uczęszczane żeby odpocząć od zgiełku.

I stayed there for four days, and it was one of the most beautiful experiences. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the sunset from the room was unforgettable. The location is exceptional — close to Dubrovnik, with lovely restaurants nearby and a shopping mall just a 6-minute drive away. The host, Ivan, was incredibly kind and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend staying here!

The kitchen features a vintage-style turquoise refrigerator and a modern microwave above the kitchen counter. A tiled backsplash adorned with decorative patterns complements the appliances. A coffee maker is placed beside a white dish displaying a variety of colorful fresh fruits, enhancing the inviting space.

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne Wohnung in der 1. Etage, dementsprechend hellhörig, wenn das obere Appartement bewohnt ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Alles war sehr sauber und neu. Tomislav ist ein super netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und er hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Z.B. früher check-in, dickere Decken usw. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist fantastisch. Das Appartement ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von einer Bushaltestelle entfernt, und auch das Meer ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz vor dem Haus, den wir nutzen konnten.

Zeljka is super helpful, and her recommended places are excellent. The place is spacious, spotless and with many thoughtful details. The sea view from the balcony is stunning. Dining in your own balcony while enjoying sunrise and sunset scenery of the sea and mountains was an extra bonus.
