Beautiful rustic cottage with panoramic views of the north east coastline, just a short drive from Nebolos and Madraikas. The interior is comfortable and thoughtfully furnished including air conditioning, local products, and a cafetiere. If you're looking for a peaceful place to unwind after a day exploring Zakynthos' beaches and tavernas then this it. Fantastic value for money.

We had a great time in the small but beautiful Exo Chora! The front yard offers lots of great seating and the bed is cozy. Georgia was very helpful and tried to make our stay as good as possible! :)

The house is well situated in the center of a quiet village, ideal to explore not only the stunning west coast but the whole island. An authentic stone house with high ceiling and lovely big terrace. There are a couple of very good tavernas, a bakery and a store in a walking distance. Panagiotis is a great host - very friendly, thoughtful, fast responding (we booked on the go hours before arriving). He even brought fresh flowers for decoration. We could have easily stayed for longer if we weren't heading to Kefalonia.

We were very lucky to stumble across this tranquil villa. From requesting to book to the point of checking out, Savvina was very helpful and swift with replying, with some great suggestions to certain things we wished to do. We were met by mama nena on arrival who showed us around the villa and made us very welcome, with the added kindness of some lovely homemade produce, the following day we were totally spoilt with the arrival of a delicious pie. The villa was in a quiet area, which we were looking for, with a very short drive to the nearest beaches/taverners. We took in some beautiful sunsets and an amazing sunrise at the villa. The house is right next to a tiny beach with deck chairs. There's a kayak for guests to use for free, too. Georgios is very nice and helpful.

Upon arrival, we were immediately enthusiastically and kindly welcomed. How the house is described in the listing, that's what it looked like in person! Clean, spacious and met all wishes! Top service! The host is friendly and easy to reach for questions, activities and tips! With 11 friends we had a fun vacation!

An amazing holiday, with friendly and very helpful hosts in Sybille and Eckhard. The house was spotless and extremely well equipped, the pool is stunning and the views to die for. Lots of seating around the property to maximise the shade and fans or air con in the bedrooms at night. We spent time in Agios Nikolais at the beach and in the friendly cafe perched over the water. Favourite restaurant among many only 10 minutes drive away was The Old Windmill. Definitely the best holiday we have had for a long time.

I highly recommend this house. We had so much fun staying at zakynthos. Very convinient because the house is very private with gate and has its own parking garage which is amazing. Can fit two small cars you just have to be very careful pulling out bacause of incoming one way traffic and cars/bike park on the street very tight. The house itself if very nice, clean, furnished with kitchen amenities and the bed rooms and bathroom is clean. Living room and all the bedrooms has its own working AC and can get really cold i recommend bring your own warm blankys. The house is just few minutes walk away from the town, markets, shops, a lot of good restaurant, church, museum and the most beautiful view of the port and sea. Dont recommend driving because no parking space on most of the street. The host of the house is very accomodating, you can contact easily, friendly and she is very very nice im telling you. We will definitely book here again. Have fun in zakynthos.

There were five of us there and we felt comfortable right away! The house really has everything you could need. It is quietly located, clean, modern and leaves no room for optimization for us :) especially great, approachable and personal communication! We received great local tips. The house is wonderfully located for excursions by car. We would go there again in a heartbeat :)

INCREDIBLE STAY! This place was everything we hoped for and more. The studio was spotless, cozy, and beautifully set up. The hosts were absolutely amazing—so warm and welcoming. We were greeted with delicious home-cooked local food and fresh eggs straight from their farm (honestly, the best eggs we’ve ever had!). We also did a boat tour with our host and later took the boat out on our own—highly recommend exploring the area by boat, it was such a highlight of our trip. The location was peaceful and relaxing, yet still really convenient for getting around. We loved every minute of our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed 8 days of this lovely stay at the end of May. What a fantastic place! We thought this was the nicest place on the island. It is quiet and not mega touristy. We had rented a car so that we could easily get everywhere and therefore also seek out the crowds if we felt like it. You can walk to the village if you feel like a brisk walk. Also, Pavlos, the host, is very helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time. Very friendly man and has a lot of knowledge about the island and nice tips about beautiful places and good restaurants that he likes to share with you. Highly recommended! Pavlos, thank you so much again for the pleasant stay!

Absolutely gorgeous property and perfectly suited to a larger group, we were ten guests and it comfortably slept everyone. It had so many wonderful areas to dine too, from a rooftop terrace, to a romantic barbeque area and poolside table, plus two fantastic long tables inside the property. The pool was wonderful, though bracingly cold - I'm not sure how warm it gets in the heat of the summer as it is quite shaded in the beautiful olive grove. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone to use. My only criticism is a couple of the bedrooms were a little less than ideal due to very steep access or not particularly private spots - one was a curtained off area in the living room. Our host, Anna, was absolutely incredible though, nothing was too much trouble, and she even provided a karaoke machine as evening entertainment for a special birthday celebration! A gorgeous property in a wonderful location, I hope we'll visit again one day.

A truly fantastic stay! Staying at The Tower in Vasilikos was an unforgettable experience. The Tower itself is full of character and charm, with beautiful views. Waking up to the view of the olive trees and the sea in the distance from the bedroom balcony was a highlight of our trip. The space is clean, peaceful, and uniquely designed, striking a perfect balance between rustic and comfortable. Valory and Vassilis left us some helpful local tips and ensured we were well informed before we arrived about check in and all of the features of the house. The location is fantastic - near some beautiful beaches (St Nicholas beach was a highlight for us) and great amenities. One of the highlights for our family was the pool – our children absolutely loved it! It was the perfect place for them to cool off, play, and enjoy the sunshine. If you're looking for a serene family friendly getaway in Zakynthos, The Tower is a rare gem. We left feeling relaxed, rested and not wanting to return home!

This apartment was basic but clean and private and absolutely perfect as a base to stay in Zante. The location was ideal and room was lovely, with air conditioning, fridge/freezer and a gorgeous little balcony. Thankyou for such a lovely stay.

One of the best. The villa is beautiful in every way. Anastasia and her sister were super helpful, they were able to set up a boat tour for us very last minute and gave us great recommendations. They even called the restaurants they recommended ahead to make sure they were open. The breakfast was superb. Everything was home made and delicious. 10000/10 recommend!

This is a great place to spend a few nights. We could've stayed there at least a week. We were excited to stay there considering we wanted to use our car less and walk in town (parking can be hard). Everyday we found a lot of parking spaces close to the appartment around 5pm (we were there in may, maybe different in prime summer). We could walk to town, every cafe, restaurant we wanted. It is one of the closest appartement to the "big boat" port for sure and a 20 min walk to the "main port". A/c was great, bathroom was very confortable and the underlights used throughout the place were great at night. Some things to note for: - A lot of stairs in order to go up to the appartement, not an issue for us - A lot of cats in the area so make sure you close the complex's door behind you - A great little market / corner store right downstairs, useful for drinks / beer / snacks - Some people noted the place as noisy but it was never during our stay. Maybe a few boat horns as they departure.

It's a great cozy apartment. Awesome and super friendly hosts who will help you with any questions. I'm super happy that we chose to stay in their apartment. The location is perfect - beautiful beach, about 10 minutes away by foot, and a lot of super good restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance from home. Recommend a lot!

At home with Jenny! My partner and I had an amazing time at Jenny’s House. Jenny was there waiting for us when we arrived and led us around. The house is even better in person than it looks in the photos. Everything you could want, is available, including very big soft towels both for the bathroom and the beach. The beautiful garden and quiet surroundings are perfect for a relaxing time. The personal touches made us feel truly at home, like the fresh flowers from the garden that Jenny brought us after a mid-holiday-cleaning, the cheerful waves and ‘kalimera!’ we shared each morning, and the afternoon coffee time on occasion. We will definitely return here when we get the chance! Jenny and her family are wonderful hosts and beautiful people!

Very nice house, live looks even better than in the photo. The house has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you intend to cook on your own, this kitchen is perfect. Very cozy, tidy area near the house, open veranda with a barbecue nearby. There's a place to park your car. It's literally 2-3 minutes to the sea. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood, but if you need entertainment then you can also find them near Tsiliv. We weren't able to get to know the host Sakys, but another host Dimitris met us at the house, showed and told us everything, provided tips for places to visit better. Of the shortcomings - there was bad internet and the last 2 days there was no internet at all, but this could not affect our, without a doubt, a wonderful stay in this house.

This is luxury at its best. From the moment we arrived at this villa we were blown away by the impeccable cleanliness and beauty of this place. Our hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home. This villa has the most spectacular sea views, you need to see it to believe it, absolutely breathtaking. The villa itself has been decorated so perfectly, the attention to detail is something else. Everything you need has been provided, from extra towels and linen to a fully stocked kitchen. Oh and I forgot to mention the jacuzzi surrounded by the beautiful garden. This place is heaven. We have found our new home in Zakynthos now, thank you Mandy and Dionisis for creating such a paradise.

Great place for the price. Very welcoming and smiling host. Good little cocktail in the evening at the pool. Peaceful.
