La residence est calme et securisee, elle dispose d'un court de tennis et sa plage. Climatisation (et brise marine!), cuve pour les coupures d'eau, lave linge, lave-vaisselle, internet haut debit, TV 55 pouces. L'appartement a ete entierement renove en janvier 2025. Le mobilier est en teck.

The accommodation is in a quiet location, overlooking the sea and the island of Gosier. Its infinity pool will enchant you. You will be close to all amenities, public transport, shops, beach, market, park. 15 minutes' walk. To get around Guadeloupe you will be close to all axes to head to Sainte Anne or Pointe à Pitre. A strategic location. Good internet connection. The photos are not retouched, authentic, like Patricia who will welcome you!

Very satisfied with this accommodation with an amazing view of the Gosier island and the Datcha. Refurbished accommodation and in which everything was available! Clean and always space to park for free in front. I recommend it

Very good stay at Christel's, the apartment matches the listing perfectly, with magnificent views and direct access to the beach. Christel was very responsive to our requests. Big plus of this apartment, the buffer tank that allows you to have water at the tap in case of numerous cuts in Guadeloupe. I highly recommend this listing.

Nice cocoon in Gosier

The four of us spent a month in this place. The location is great, with stunning views, central but quiet. The apartment is perfectly equipped, especially the kitchen where nothing is missing and where you can cook with pleasure. Everything is as shown in the pictures, very tidy and clean. Fanny and Mika were extremely kind and helpful, whether it was offering us fruit from the garden or keeping unwanted guests away from the apartment (we were visited by a centipede and an iguana frightened by the cat). We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice accommodation, cozy, pleasant, open with an incredible view of the Gosier Island and Soufriere if it is clear! The host and concierges are very available, accommodating, kind and responsive. We were hosted very well. The accommodation matches the description and photos and is perfectly located at Le Gosier to enjoy the beach of La Datcha (<10min walk) Several shops are nearby as well. We recommend this listing without problem!

Just great. Marie and her husband were super present to answer any questions we had. The space was clean and in a good location. Next to the beach, you can find small village parties, just perfect. Otherwise you will be next to everything to make visits if you rent a car. The wifi was great too. In short, no complaints, I'll be happy to come back.

Le Gosier is the perfect place... we were less than an hour's drive from the 4 corners of the island. Very clean and safe accommodation. Quiet. And a magnificent terrace overlooking the islet.

The open-concept living area features modern furnishings, including a dark sofa and a glass dining table. Natural light floods in through large sliding doors, which lead to a balcony. Green leaf-patterned wallpaper and decorative lighting enhance the space.
