Three bedrooms (one double bed in each bedroom) including a very nice master suite. Kitchen opens onto 40 m² living room (dishwasher, oven, induction stove, fridge). Two balconies in the living room. Guests can have lunch facing the sea. Avenue Lajarrige Market 300 m away.

Pleasant cottage in garden, right in the center.

Simplify your life in this peaceful and central place. Very well located, all within a 10-minute walk (beach, SNCF train station, direct TGV to Paris, market every day, shopping avenue, a small Carrefour Market, bakery) I live next door in the same garden, so I will be at your disposal, but the whole garden will be yours as well as the garden furniture. I can possibly add a 90 cm folding bed. the shower room and separate toilet have a window.

Beach 50 meter Fiber Shops (Carrefour Market, 2 bakeries, 1 butcher, 1 cheese shop, etc.) at the foot of the building. Market 2x a week. Bike rentals a few meters from the apartment . Very bright apartment, large corner terrace... 4th floor elevator. Beautiful view!
