DownTown/Parkside Duplex side A (Pet friendly)

Welcome, this unit is less then a mile away from downtown Greenville which has a very nice assortment of restaurants, clubs and bars all in walking distance. You will be able to see the bridge light up every night from your bedroom window and back porch the house is placed directly beside the Greenville bridge and park which host many events/concerts on the weekends and it is connected to a 3 mile greenway great for walking/running/bike riding. The neighborhood is very friendly!

The newly build bypass allows travel a quick 12-15 highway trip to Greenville hospital or university. Ayden has the famous Sky Light Inn a top ranked BBQ in the the USA. There are small antique stores, parks and local eateries to explore too.
