The apartment is exactly as advertised. Easy location and easy access to the beach. The host Marcelo was very kind and ready to answer. All the staff of the building very kind and helpful. We will return again and again for sure.

The apartment is in line with the photos, but without the pleasant feeling of being by the sea, with the privilege of being on two beaches in Guarujá in a few steps. The apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom that I used as an office, because while my family took advantage of the city I worked (the environment is airy and has a support countertop, the sign of the wifi there is less intense, but did not harm me). There are basic utensils, tv and comfortable beds. The showers are very good. It has two accesses (social and service), which allows better comfort. Building staff are communicative and helpful. We had no problem. There is the sea, common due to proximity. There are nearby markets, bakeries and restaurants, I recommend Avelinos, Anderson's Pizzeria and Pizza and Chopp Halle for seafood. Were very good days. Thanks to Ivan for the prompt communication. Would recommend.

Simply wonderful the apartment. clean,had everything, full kitchen, water filter,refrigerator,bathroom with great shower,air conditioning in great operation and still has a ceiling fan that leaves a room well ventilated. The view is incredible, perfect location close to everything, everything is done by walking. And the complete building, heated pool and not counting the beach service that are super helpful and polite to take you to the sand and the place you choose. we will return more often for sure,for goods and thanks ANA for all receptivity and proactivity to meet from the beginning,until soon.

The apartment faces the beach, whoever goes, will be very well located (restaurants, market, etc)... although small, the space is more than enough for a couple with 1 child, everything is very clean, with air conditioning, hammock, kitchen with air fryer, and everything else, very complete! I intend to return

Excellent, the location is great, right in front of one of the best beaches in Guarujá. We will definitely be back. Mr. Ricardo was super kind and helpful. The apartment is complete and super spacious, the view from the backyard is amazing.

Fernando, Fátima and Eva were super attentive and helpful from the start, making our stay even more special. The penthouse is beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, with the advantage of a simply impeccable view! Everything is very well equipped, with a perfect pool and barbecue area for leisure time. The condominium is excellent: super safe, well structured, very well located, pet friendly (a plus for us) and with extremely kind staff. It was, without a doubt, the best investment for days off. We will definitely be back soon and recommend it without so much as a second thought.

The building is very safe and is in a great location. The apartment is super comfortable and very well equipped and has an incredible view of the beach and mountains. The host is also extremely helpful and genuinely strives to make our experience the best possible.

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. Excellent apartment with all the necessary structure to stay with children, even going on cloudy days we had activities to do internally there. Facing the sea...with the entire structure for a sunshade and chair! If we get the chance, we'll be back!

Great apartment, well airy, befitting the listing, comfortable beds, furnishings in great condition, clean and good bed and bath linens, clean bathrooms with great showers, very complete kitchen, even had complimentary coffee capsules! Large room with an amazing view! Everything was working perfectly. Covered and safe garage. Larissa was super attentive and helpful, gave us detailed information and responded quickly, always very polite! I would recommend and host again!

Mario's 16th floor home has an unobstructed 180 degree view of the beach and coastline, it is amazing and beautiful...!! I enjoyed all the space of the unit. The location is steps from the sand and close to two markets, many eateries and restaurants. You can take a short walk up the coast and see para-gliders from a beautiful vista point. It is a really wonderful place to stay.

Excellent stay. Fabiana's apartment is very cozy. Impeccable and very clean. Privileged location, with everything nearby: supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, shopping and especially the beach. Fabiana always responded quickly when I made contact. I will definitely return. I recommend it.
