Vacation rentals with a patio in Pismo Beach

Beautiful cottage. Neat and clean. Very comfy. Short drive (10 minutes or less) to food and beaches. Loved the place, highly recommended.

Edna Valley is a beautiful and peaceful area. It was easy to get around to lots of places without having to be in the thick of it. I would love to stay at Diane’s property again. It had everything you need and more. The unit although on the same property, felt very private and safe. I did not meet Diane in person however, all interactions were welcoming and pleasant. Thank you for opening your spacious, tranquil, and full of amenities home to my family.

We loved the location , the view, & the large deck. The unit was very clean & inviting. We love Morro and consider staying here again

Immediately when we entered the home, we commented on how the beautiful and thoughtful the details were in this home. We noticed all the small things, such as the matching, beautiful colors in different areas. It really felt like a beach home. The amenities were as described. For being so close to downtown and the beach, we didn't hear any street noise from the home. This home is in extremely close walking distance to Pismo beach (under 75 steps) where we enjoyed food, music, the amazing ocean, and people watching. When we visit Pismo again, we will definitely check to see if Jody's place is available first. Again, a lovely place and visit.

What an amazing weekend! We originally booked 2 nights, but extended our stay because we were having the best time. Beautiful rustic property, private living quarters, chic farmhouse vibes, pet friendly, awesome hosts, and GOATS and CHICKENS! Close to everything Paso has to offer, but still private and secluded enough for a weekend break. Fayette and Mariana are fabulous hosts, and we will absolutely stay at this property again! I feel like we really lucked out in finding this spot, and now it’s like a little timeshare that we can book as we please. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!

The place was clean and quiet in a great location (very walkable). The check-in process was smooth/simple and Christine was very responsive throughout the trip. Also, great value for the area.

Chelsea’s place is a gem in SLO. It is situated in a prime location where you can walk 1 min to the Co-Op grocery store or 4-5 min to restaurants nearby. The house itself had all the amenities listed and was very spacious. It was perfect for working remotely. Chelsea was very responsive prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend!

This was our 3rd stay in Nick and Lauren’s home in Atascadero. We love it here for all its comfort, amenities, cleanliness, privacy, and peace and quiet. If you are looking for a home away from home, you’ve found the perfect place to vacation and I highly recommend it. We are excited to return, again, in the fall. We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s property and he was the perfect host! The house is so comfortable and has every amenity you need. We really appreciated the EV charger, Apple TV, snacks (fresh eggs in the fridge, granola bars, cookies, wine and more), charging stations in the bedroom, and well stocked kitchen (Chemex with filters!). The location can’t be beat as it’s a short walk to downtown and across the street from the Railroad District restaurants and cafes. Michael was extremely easy to communicate with and answered all our questions promptly. This Airbnb is truly a gem in SLO and we would love to stay again!

Place was beautifully decorated. The place made you feel like staying inside all day. The backyard made me feel like I need to redo my own backyard in inspiration of this one. There is everything you might need in this place. The beds are extremely comfortable, the place smells nice too. I definitely recommend staying here, I would stay again. This is such an excellent Airbnb. The house was comfortable with all listed amenities easily at hand. Everything at the house was clean and worked as it should. The real standout here is the backyard. Perfect for our dog and our son to run around. Tons of space, seating, and even a hot tub. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a secluded, private and quiet retreat.

Truly a great place to stay to enjoy the SLO county. Spent the weekend here for my brother’s graduation and was an easy 13 min commute from here to Cal State San Luis Obispo. Was able to grab some Beachin Biscuits and a cup of chow at Splash Cafe. Topped it off with a cinnamon roll and call it a successful weekend.

This place is fantastic!!! You are smack dab In The middle of town. Everything is literally steps away from what you could want!!! Great views for the amazing sun sets!!

We went to Ca. to visit our son and for medical check-ups. We had a marvelous time. Sleeping in such a peaceful location played a large role in our bonding and recuperation. Lots of pinochle and dominoes. All together we had a wonderful 2 weeks and would recommend Rachel's Cozy Condo to anyone.

It’s not often the actual experience exceeds expectations and beats what you see in the pictures but this property has a perfect location and offers all of the amenities one would need. We stayed here for 2 weeks as a family of 4 and absolutely everything we would possibly need was already included and easy to find; Board games, beach toys, beach chairs even a kite! The rooms were spacious, the master bedroom had an incredible view - better than the pictures would suggest. All of the bedrooms were super comfortable, but clearly the master bedroom Is the winner because of the size and view. We would be happy to stay here again and would rebook without hesitation when we go back next time.

This place was SPECTACULAR!!! We couldn't have asked for a better rental! Summer went above and beyond for us. Not once did it feel like we were at someone else's house. We absolutely love the place so much and we made unforgettable memories with our family. Thank you from the bottom of ours hearts, Summer and to her husband for such a lovely stay. We will definitely be back.
