POOL and HOT TUB are OPERATIONAL (early April to mid-October), sauna year round Comfortable seating, outdoor fireplace, lazy tennis court, soccer goals, and a large children's playground with swings, slide, house and basketball hoop.

Chata Šimterka has been completely renovated and modernized. There is a swimming pool right next to the cottage, and in the lower part of the complex there is a great Finnish sauna. The Otava River is about 100 m from the cottage. On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (2 beds) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed, 2 single beds). The cottage has two beautiful terraces.
