On the lower floor of the cottage there is a toilet, bathroom, dining room with living room and fireplace with access to the terrace with a beautiful view of the dam. In the attic there is a room and a bedroom with a balcony. In the immediate vicinity are the castle Orlík, Zvíkov and Žďákovský most.

We are dogfriendly and you will find our cottage near Orlík and Zvíkov and 55 minutes from Prague.

The apartment will breathe in a peaceful atmosphere. It is located in the center of South Bohemia (Vodňany/Protivín 5 min., Písek 15m, Strakonice 20m, České Budějovice 30 min.). Nearby you can visit unique cultural monuments (Lomec, Hluboká nad Vltavou, Holašovice, Kratochvíle, etc.) or just wander through the surrounding nature. The apartment is part of a country house, it has its own separate entrance with a shared garden.
