Das Gartenhaus ist ein ideales Haus für Familien mit Kindern, die sicher Treppen gehen können. Unser Anwesen liegt am Rande des Dorfes in schöner Lage. Es gibt viel zu erkunden in unserer nächsten Umgebung: Seen, Felsen, Burgen Museen, viel Historisches wie Maginotlinie und Festung Bitche. Die Vorzüge unseres Standortes: Großartige Natur in der Umgebung, unser großes Grundstück mit viel Platz zum Ausruhen, Schaukeln, Spielen, Grillen, Sitzen, Liegen. Seit Oktober haben wir eine Wärmepumpe.

Unsere Wohnung verfügt über 100qm 2xSchlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein zusätzliches Zustellbett ... Auf Wunsch kann auch eine große Matratze aufgepumpt werden ...Küche ist mit allem was dazu gehört (Induktion Herd ) großer Kühlschrank ,Mikrowelle , Backofen . Handtücher, Bettwäsche ... großen Flur Balkon und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit zusätzlich Schlafmöglichkeiten für 2 Personen.. Badezimmer mit Eckbadewanne ..Auf Wunsch kann ein Kleinkinderbett dazu gestellt werden

Quiet idyllic apartment

Your vacation in the 45 square meter modern and lovingly furnished apartment. It is located on the first floor and has direct access to the forest. It has a double bedroom. The living room has a sofa that can accommodate up to two people. In the living room, there is a fireplace, TV and a forest view. The kitchen has a fridge, electric stove, sink, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, cooking pots, frying pans, dish towels and dishes.

The living space stretches over two floors. On the ground floor is the living/kitchen area with wood stove, sofa and wooden table, as well as the small kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob and fridge. The ground-level living space is adjoined by a wooden terrace with seating area. On the lower floor is also the bathroom with shower and WC. The spacious bedroom on the upper floor is easily accessible via a wooden staircase.

My place is close to Meisenheim in the north Palatine mountains in the village of Gangloff. Lovingly expanded holiday apartment with natural materials and wall heating, in a small quiet village near the city of Meisenheim, surrounded by lots of nature and forest. Our circus wagon, quietly located on the outskirts and in direct proximity to the vineyards. Ideal for hiking, cycling, and relaxing - and if you want to learn about organic wine and horticulture, you are welcome. It is only 20 kilometers to France and in the area many old castles invite you to discover, we will be happy to help with the planning.
