My flat is located in the center of Pipa, directly at the center beach (Praia do Centro). From the balcony you have a beautiful seaview. The flat has a queensize bed, a sleeping couch, airconditioning, a bathroom and a kitchenette with refridgerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, a toaster and a water boiler. The flat is on the 2nd floor, and right above on the 3rd floor is the swimming pool with bar and a great view on central beach.

PIPA DÚPLEX & SUÍTE is located in the heart of the village of Praia de Pipa (2mn from the beach), 30m from most shops, bars and restaurants (in the center of Baia dos Golfinhos Avenue). It is the hypercentre, the closest to the main street and the beach. Access to the beach of the center : 60m. Despite the proximity of the street, the place is very quiet.
