Large bright house on the ground floor typical of the 1950s. Very well equipped including air conditioning. Very good communication and hospitality.

Very good accommodation. Everything went well. Shower cabin a little small for my husband's teddy bear size.

We had already rented this house which still served us as a midway stop. It is very well located, the garden is well fenced, you can bring the car in and there is what you need to cook. There are lights that turn on automatically in the evening guiding us to the entrance which is handy when you arrive late. The bed is also very comfortable. We did not have a long stay here so we can't judge this but for 1 course stay it is perfect.

This is my first stay at Christelle and Francis's and I was not disappointed. The place is spacious and very functional. It feels like home as soon as you arrive. Recommended!

Frédérique knows how to make you feel at ease, our children have even adopted the house 😂😂 and want to come back so maybe see you soon. Charming old house well-equipped, which we were able to appreciate the freshness in very hot weather… Ideal for lovers of calm and nature, with beautiful hiking and bike rides. The house is in a good location, between Auxerre and Chablis, allowing you to visit the region easily. We had a great time!

We have enjoyed a fabulous stay. Beautiful area, nice and cosy home and amazing garden(s). Everything was as described, kids enjoyed “playing” in the gardens very much. Kitchen well equipped. Beautiful woodlands at walking distance, great for walking the dogs. Friendly people in the small (quiet) town. We can highly recommend the 9 holes golf course nearby. All in all enjoyed our stay, Sarah and here family were very welcoming. Recommend to go here for a relaxing and nice holiday.

We stayed at Patrick and Agnes's place with friends and kids. We are into wine tasting, good food, local culture and sports. Everything was perfectly doable at theirs, th running was amazing in the surrounding nature, the kids had a blast in the pool and Patrick and Agnes were just wonderful and even invited us for an apero. We had a wonderful time.

We had an unforgettable stay as a family. The house is absolutely beautiful, set in peaceful surroundings that made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The pool was fantastic – a real highlight for all of us. Communication with our host was quick and friendly throughout. One of the standout experiences was the wonderful champagne tasting organised by Vincent – personal, informative, and so enjoyable. The fact that the whole house is on one floor made it perfectly accessible for my disabled father, which we truly appreciated. We would love to come back someday!

Very nice host and wife. the cottage was full of comforts and we greatly enjoyed the pool and the jaquzzi. An oasis of peace. The garden is amazing and neatly maintained. We were allowed to taste cherries from the cherry trees. We were in transit, but a second night would have been very nice. Hopefully we'll be back sometime.

Great place to visit Troyes and the area. Impeccable amenities and cleanliness, with a large garden very pleasant to spend the evening:)

We had a great weekend. The listing matched the listing in every way. It is well suited for family reunions. Everything is done so that young and old can enjoy the stay and keep themselves busy (ping pong tables, foosball, board games, books...) Despite the mixed weather, some were able to enjoy the pool. Hello, we had a pleasant stay. Access to the accommodation is very simple. There is space in the street to park the car. The garden is very well maintained, large and very relaxing the house is perfect, very convenient. the air conditioning upstairs was also a good surprise given the heat this weekend! Very good stay in a really well located house to enjoy the lake and its activities. The terrace overlooking the lake is superb, especially for the sunset! Well-equipped house (plenty of dishes, plancha) and comfortable. We will definitely come back!

We only stayed one night but the accommodation is clean, pleasant and well appointed. Located next to the greenway, it's very easy to go for a walk. Small downside: the proximity to the departmental road which could disturb some people. Fortunately, it's not very busy at night. If we had to do it again, we would make the same choice.

Nestled in a cul-de-sac on the edge of the Serein, duplex apartment full of charm thanks to its terrace and decor. Alix is a responsive and attentive host. To be repeated with pleasure for a next stop in Chablis!
