Monthly Rentals in Pinecrest

We had a great time on our stay. The home is located in Pinecrest, one of the nicest neighborhoods in Miami. The home is conveniently located to access any spot in Miami. The host Tim was awesome! My favorite feature of the home was how quiet it was. Hard to find! Thanks for opening your home to us!

We loved the place. It was very spacious, within walking distance to Dadeland mall (I would say 10 min walk to the main stores). Target, Michael's, and Best buy were right next door. There are two restaurants downstairs. The area is super safe. You have the metro rail station right behind the hotel in case you want to explore the downtown area. The hotel is beautiful and we even got to enjoy the pool all to ourselves. We took an Uber ride to Coral Gables and it was only $19. I would highly recommend it, it is also family friendly.

We had a tremendous stay for 2 weeks at Vivian’s home. She was a wonderful host who was incredibly responsive to my questions and was so helpful.

Susan was a great host, very good communication and helpful. The kids loved the pool
