We loved staying here, would definitely stay here again. The house was very nice and clean. Perfect location for us. I loved the view of the inlet/marsh area and the set up of the backyard. I enjoyed going out there but for me I wouldn't just let my dog run through it, I was also more worried about snakes with the marsh right there especially at night and how grown up the area was. But this house was perfect for what we needed for the week and perfect for our dog. Hope to be back.

We really enjoyed staying here! It was nice being closer to the beach and the marina in Psalter Path. it was our first time on the island and even though the weather was not great we had fun. Thanks David for making sure we had some snacks and necessities in the house!

Stayed here for 4 days for a local wedding at te Beaufort hotel and loved. Most amazing part was being able to bring our dogs. The neighborhood is really quiet(minus the frogs at night; if you arent use to that theres a noise machine!) We loved having a kitchen to cook instead of take out food all the time. Chairs and towels for the beaches wete nice to not have to pack coming from VA. We'll be back !!

Great beach house! Our family celebrated 2 graduations by spending a week on the beach. The house was perfect location on an outstanding beach/area. The kitchen was well outfitted to enable family meals, the rooms and bathrooms were great to let us rest up/get ready for the next day of events, and the kitchen table allowed our fun family games. The house had beach chairs and umbrella available for us…and direct access to the beach! Lots of space for our group of 7 and easily could have supported more comfortably.

Excellent vacation rental! It was just right for our trip with another couple. We had plenty of space, the furnishings were comfortable and in great shape. The setting was peaceful. We enjoyed the deck for breakfast and lunch as well as the sunrise and sunset over the sound. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—cozy, and in waking distance to the beach. The host was very responsive and even left snacks for us when we arrived. The best part was the pool. Highly recommend!

Super cozy 3 bedroom house with ocean just across the street at private access. Walking distance to restaurant, gas station, dollar general and other stores. This home is an absolute gem close to the ocean. Definitely recommend for a couple or a family wanting to have a peaceful, relaxing time with home amenities.

Great location tucked back in an older neighborhood on the water, clean and comfortable sleeping arrangements.

Comfortable 2nd floor apartment in a quite neighborhood. Ample parking. Has 3 beds: queen and single in the bedroom and queen-size sofa bed (pretty comfortable) in the main room. Full kitchen with all the necessities, bathroom with shower. Nice open deck - was great to dry out diving equipment. Everything was clean, in good shape and matched the descriptions / photos. A few restaurants within 5 min drive; we found a couple within walking distance. Overall, a nice and clean apartment and a good value.

We loved how quaint and beachy it felt, cozy and the linnens were AWESOME my wife wants to knowbwhat brand,SHE LOVED them. Sheets were so comfortable as was the bed. We had a very busy trip, but Randy messaged us clear instructions when he said he would, and was easy to reach and very responsive. I'd definitely stay again, or recommended anyone staying.

We loved this place. It was clean, comfortable, it had everything that we needed, it’s walking distance to nice places to eat and drink, that are right on the water and it has a pool!!!

Perfect stay for a couples get away. Within walking distance from the waterfront and lots of restaurants. Quaint but beautiful!

The space is gorgeous, clean and comfortable. It’s in a very quiet area, yet close enough by the downtown. There is plenty to do. We were in town for a high school graduation. I’m in love with the purpose behind the space, for cancer patients. It’s such a beautiful way to honor her sister Ellen. I would highly recommend it, I’ll check this before I look anywhere else for my next visit to my daughter.

Spacious lodging with room for everyone to have "personal" space. Bedrooms and living/kitchen were very nicely furnished. Outside decks were comfortable and with pool and beach steps away. Would definitely return!

This place was absolutely great! It had everything you need for a little getaway (cooking utensils, coffee filters, beach towels, etc) We loved the view from the balcony, accessibility of being on the beach and having a pool literally right there too! The beach was family friendly and is really nice for littles because it’s shallow pretty far out and the waves aren’t breaking right at the beach. Our 2yo loved it! It was very well decorated and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend!!

We loved the place. There was a small miscommunication about code but owner responded immediately. Best condo we have stayed at in Colony By Sea and we've stayed in several over the years. Everything as described. Location close to elevators also a plus. View was even better than expected. Clean, well decorated, comfortable. Will be the first place we check for availability next time.

Second time staying and won’t be the last! Always nice to stay at pebble beach. Megan’s place has just enough room for the two of us. We love the pool and proximity to the beach.

Logan is a fantastic host. All questions were answered very quickly and he made sure we were satisfied. The room is absolutely beautiful and the mattress is extremely comfy. There was even fresh juice and fruit in the fridge for us!

Absolutely the best vacation spot we have ever had! Perfect location. The house was stocked and squeaky clean! The location was convenient, private and easily accessible. The elevator was perfect to load and unload. The beds were super comfy. You could easily book this location and only bring yourself! So many amenities for your connivence. AND the beach....such easy access. Perfect place! Thank You for sharing such a wonderful home with us! Would definitely visit again and highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful oasis. The commute to the beach was absolutely amazing and the amenities were worth all of the money spent. We have already booked our stay for next year! Thank you for hosting a wonderful trip for my husband and I. The porch was our favorite spot!!
