The cottage is a 10 minute drive from downtown State College/PSU campus and there is a bike path and playgrounds nearby. Our house is NOT a party house and is a strict NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. Looking for a place to rest your head? This is a nice quiet spot located in Centre Hall just 15 minutes away from Penn State Campus and 18 Minutes away form the stadium. This is a private studio with it's own private entrance and space for your convenience. Walk to downtown centre hall and grab a slice from the delicious Brother's Pizza. Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children.

Cozy, private guest suite nestled in the peace and quiet of Happy Valley's farmlands. Located minutes from downtown State College, Beaver Stadium, the BJC and Penn State's Ag Progress grounds and the village of Boalsburg. Tussey Mountain is a few miles away!
