The hosts were understanding, kind, present and always willing to help. The apartment welcomes the family well and is very complete in day-to-day items. Not to mention the condominium, which has spaces for children to have fun. I recommend it!

Our stay was super quiet. The apartment is cute and was very clean. Clean and fragrant bed and bath linens, and very comfortable mattresses. I suggest taking extra towels, because due to the season they take a long time to dry. The heated pool is great and the apartment's showers are excellent. I recommend it without reservation. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The host was very kind and flexible from start to finish. He responded to several requests, such as early check-in and check-out, and promptly answered all questions. The check-in was very smooth and easy. The rooms were all spotless and fragrant. The location is excellent, close to shopping, markets, pharmacies and commerce in general. My only consideration is that the apartment is in the last block of the condominium, so access requires a short walk from the gate that leads to the street.

We loved spending these days at the house. Very clean and organized! Next to the center and easy to access. The kitchen is extremely complete, with top-of-the-line appliances!! The internet meets the needs, I needed to enter an emergency meeting with the office and it didn't crash, and there were more people using it. The host is very attentive and responds quickly.

First time I've stayed with Mr. Gilberto, very kind, always responding quickly. The house is huge, the shower is very hot and the place is super quiet, while being close to the center (about 2km). The house has everything you need, including 2 fondue pots, it was very clean and airy, we will definitely be back.

The flats were exactly as advertised, even better, they were clean and fragrant, have everything we need for a good stay, and are very close to the center. I left my car there and went downtown several times by Uber and the cost was no more than R$20.00 per ride. The host was very kind, attended to me quickly every time I needed it and gave me several recommendations. I will return other times and I have already recommended it to some friends who will be going soon.

The house is simple and very cozy, with all the necessary utensils for those who want to cook. We found everything extremely clean and organized, including the entire field space. The extra bedding is worth it, as it is very fragrant and comfortable. Place is safe and beautiful! It's worth hiking to the waterfall. As for the dirt road, it is quiet even on a rainy day. We definitely recommend the site.

Mr. Jorge was very welcoming when we arrived, made us feel very comfortable in the house. One thing I would like to highlight is that he was very flexible with the issues of check-in and check-out times. The checkout time was extended at our request and nothing more was charged to us for it. The house is very well located, very close to downtown Capivari. The house was impeccably clean. The space matches the photos, it was clean and accommodated my mother and I comfortably. The view from the living room window is beautiful. The place has a heater and fireplace for cold days. Overall we liked it a lot, soft bed, good location. Uber, taxi and iFood delivery arrive easily. There are several cooking accessories, we just suggest that you leave a coffee strainer holder for coffee lovers. Eliza always responded promptly when there were questions. We appreciate the stay and the rest days.

Located in the midst of the exuberant nature of Campos do Jordão. Amazing view, very comfortable apartment, cozy and with a beautiful view. It accommodated my family of 5 very well. The hotel service is very good, breakfast and the food in the restaurant is very good. Heated and covered pool, which in the city is very important because of the climate.
