We were extremely satisfied with the stay! Everything was clean and very cozy, there were many activities for children and one really felt like visiting someone they knew. In addition, the owner was very easy to communicate with and I could turn to her at any time. I don't think this is the last time we'll be here. Thank you!

We had a great stay! The apartment is very nicely located, clean and very well equipped – especially for a group or families. Particularly noteworthy is the smooth and friendly communication with the host, who has always responded quickly to our questions. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime

We were there as a family with two children and a dog, the host was very friendly, everything was clean and the restaurant next door was also delicious. In the area there were many opportunities to walk and a special recommendation is the wild garden near Furth in the forest.

We had a very pleasant stay. The place is highly suitable for 8 people for a nice stay right in the middle of prestine nature. Highlight here was the grill place. The host communicated pretty much everything we need. We will come again. Highly recommend if you are visiting Karlovy Vary.

We booked the entire place with 4 bedrooms and got more than expected. Each double bed had a bathroom, which was not so clearly visible in the photos. One of the 4 rooms is separate and has its own entrance. Since there were no courses in the yoga room, we could use everything completely for ourselves. The view from the many windows is magnificent and the huge kitchen table is great for dining in large groups and for board and card games. In the lovingly landscaped garden, we grilled on the in-house grill and were able to enjoy the beautiful weather. The beds were quite hard, but you slept amazingly well on them. Since the curtains are quite thin, the sun woke us up in the morning, whether we wanted to or not - perfect for early risers! There are no windows in the bathrooms and kitchen, but there are daylight lamps that do a really good job and are environmentally friendly. A real value for money wonder to enjoy!

The cottage keeps what it promises. It is very modern and nicely decorated. Johanna is a very welcoming and accommodating host and has very good tips for the area. The area is very quiet and beautiful. Highly recommended!

We stayed for a short weekend in the beautiful house of Adam:) the surroundings are super quiet and very nice. The house is well equipped, especially in the kitchen there is nothing missing. The highlight was definitely the sauna! For these you pay an extra €20/ 3h. The only thing to note: the hot tub cannot be used during the winter time and bed linen and towels must be brought yourself (otherwise cost €10 p.p.). We had a good time and would come back:)

The accommodation is located in a beautiful village, which is an ideal starting point for trips. Access to the timber is through the garden, parking is easy right across the property. We were in timber in three, great sleeping, heating in the stove, and sauna too. The only minor challenge was to heat the hot water in the shower – enough for 1-2 people, after that it takes a while to wait for the water to heat up again. The communication with Miriam was great, despite the technical issues at check-in, everything was resolved. I would recommend the stay to anyone looking for peace and quiet.

The place was nice surprises. One big place connected to a resident, a dining room, and a kitchen. Dale then 3 separate spaces (in each 3 beds) and each had a spacious bathroom. The host was responsive and everything went smoothly. We'd love to come back.

We were a group of 12 people and rented the house for a weekend. It is idyllically located on a river in a valley. We particularly liked that the house is divided into three apartments with a separate, well-equipped kitchen. There is also a beautiful fireplace in the garden. Since the weather unfortunately did not cooperate, we often spent time together in the kitchen in the evening. This is functional, but not particularly cozy as a common room. The individual apartments, on the other hand, are very comfortably furnished. Overall, we were very please with our stay!

We had a great week in the beautiful and spacious house, which for the 12 of us offered many cozy places to cook, play and play music together, but also provided retreats and privacy.
