In the heart of the garrigue, we offer a 35 m2 studio with a 60 m2 private garden and an unobstructed view of the vineyards. Cuers city center is a 5-minute drive (3 km). The cottage is close to a road appreciated by cyclists (the road climbs into the garrigue) The highway is 3 km away. The beaches of Hyères, La Londe-les-Maures and Toulon are 25 km away. The Verdon Gorge is 1.5 hours away. You will enjoy the calm, the singing of birds and cicadas.

Cozy 50 m2 house

Fully equipped house in a quiet subdivision close to the village and shops (7 min walk). Access to a private outdoor area and swimming pool. Ideally located, close to highway access to Nice (1h30), Marseille (1h) and Aix en Provence (45 min). Toulon/Hyères 30 min. Close to the beaches but in the Var countryside. All nearby shops. I had to apply a cleaning fee but I can deduct it on request, if you commit to really doing it (shower, floors...)😉

Come and enjoy this accommodation which is only about twenty minutes from the beaches. You will find peace and quiet after a day of walking. For your comfort, the apartment is air-conditioned. It is located at the back of our property, where you can easily park your vehicle (secure parking). For sleeping you have a 160 x 200 bed on the mezzanine and a 140 x 190 sofa bed in the living room. Linens are provided as well as towels.

Immerse yourself in the 60s in this comfortable apartment, linens and towels included. It will accommodate a family of 4 for a carefree vacation. The fenced garden will allow children to have fun in complete safety. The above-ground pool, heated from spring to autumn, will be the place for water games only if an adult has put the ladder in place. All will be able to sit on the covered terrace for a meal enjoying the good air.

Welcome to our house in the middle of Pierrefeu-du-Var where we hope you feel at home. This is a newly renovated 75m2 home with a living space on 3 levels. Quiet location on a street in the city center of a pretty Provencal village surrounded by wineries. Downtown and shops, accessible on foot. 20min from Hyères and its beaches and 25min from Toulon by car.

We rent a bedroom with independent entrance to our house; including a bathroom + toilet + kitchen in annex. The entrance to the kitchenette is from the outside, about 10 meters from the bedroom terrace; it is equipped with gas hobs, a fridge, a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. Towels and bed linen is provided. Access to Family Pool.
