Comfortable apartment and good location

A very nice apartment, on the 21st floor. It overlooks the mountains. It has 2 supermarkets and pharmacies one block away. The host was very attentive and responded immediately.

Our event was at the Punta Diamante hotel and the apartment is at the front which made our stay perfect, the apto is close to supermarkets, cafes, beauty salons, really perfect. We just noticed that there is a bit of a damp smell in the kitchen cabinets but we opened the windows and the smell went out. We thank Aex very much for allowing us to check out after the hour and answer all our questions in a timely manner. A perfect accommodation for people going to events in Ruitoque

Yesid is very friendly. The view is incredible. Rappi food delivery comes directly to the apartment door. Close to FOSCAL. With a deep cleaning this place is a great spot to stay.

We loved the stay there. It was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen is VERY well equipped and the apartment's view is beautiful. The area in front of the building is for dogs and we loved it. All the people are friendly and the supermarket downstairs is perfect for any need you have. The parking lot is very spacious and the facilities are excellent facilities. We were really happy, we didn't want to leave🤭, we'll be back on our next trips!

Charming house in a perfect location in Barichara. The wifi worked well for zoom calls etc. and Rodrigo, the owner, is very personable and responsive.

This house was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Absolutely perfect for large groups. Lots of hot water. So amazing that they had people to come make and serve breakfast in the morning.

Excellent hosts and always willing to talk and make you feel at home. The location in one of the best places in the city. Everything was perfect.

Maria is very kind and attentive, flexible with check-in and check-out times, open to requests. A very nice and quiet place, the photos don't do the space justice, it's much nicer and cozier. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils; crockery, pots, blender, microwave oven and everything for cleaning. Travelers should note that the TV does not have access to streaming platforms, although there is an internet connection. There is no sound system or iron, but otherwise, it is an excellent place.
