The apartment is clean, beautiful and exactly as it described in the pictures. The area is very convenient, close to the foscal, fosunab, shopping centers. Diana is very friendly and helpful with all the instructions of the apartment, very responsive. Recommended 100% we enjoyed our stayed.

It was very easy to find the place because of the directions Juan gave us, the place was very clean and tidy, it was exactly as described, all the people felt comfortable in the place and all the concerns were resolved quickly. Some points that are personal more than anything, not because it's bad, but we would have liked the second room to also have a double bed, because we went as couples and the room had a single bed, but as I say it was not a problem because we slept perfectly on the sofa bed, otherwise everything was excellent.

The place is as shown in the photos with everything at hand. The area is very safe and has easy access to supermarkets, shopping centers, shops... Gina was very friendly and always available to resolve any concerns and setbacks.

we arrived very easy, sandrid always pending, I was 3 days, and the place very quiet even though it was the end of the one that the Bucaramanga won the teanquila area, the social areas too clean and organized, even my pet enjoys the green spaces, the toilet and the impeccable cleanliness, nice detail of the towels and hot water for me baby, there is nearby restaurants, supermarket, grocery, miscellaneous etc... very accurate if you are looking for tranquility, social areas and security in one place, ... in addition the parking lot is close to the apt and very safe your car will remain. in addition the celadors are very attentive and attentive to your stay, good neighbors, and nice view from the balcony that has a hammock, I will come back every time you go to the floor.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable, and has an excellent location. A few steps from the shopping center, food stores, and close to the main avenue to take a bus if necessary. Easy location for vehicle apps.

Great location with great places to eat. I love the principal street it’s on- classic, beautiful, typical Bucaramanga energy. The apartment is huge with plenty of space!

Five Stars. Great location. The view is impeccable. I particularly liked the fact that there is a super market, bakery, butcher shop, pizzeria and other stores and amenities within the building.

My stay in this apartment was simply exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. Every detail was carefully thought out. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the living room was perfect for relaxing.

Excellent place, highly recommended. Impeccable, pleasant, with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet, close to shopping malls and businesses of all kinds. No complaints. Grateful 💯

The apartment is very well located although you need a car or uber/ taxi to get around. As such, the apartment is very spacious and illuminated and the amenities of the building are excellent. The apartment is very well equipped. We stayed 6 nights, 3 people and it was perfect.

Luz was a very gracious host, Ivan was also helpful and friendly! The view is one of the best, it can't be matched to any other. It's centrally located which was great! The welcome gift was very nice and the drinkable water saved me a lot of trouble. The residential gym is one of the best I've ever utilized and it even has a view! It's not the host's fault but I did find the infinity pool to have some odd accessibility issues even when it was supposedly open. Overall, Luz and Ivan were great and the apartment was very memorable. Gracias! :)

Very nice apartment with jungle views, highly recommended. The reception of the building always helps you, receives people, orders a taxi for you and also helps you with everything else. In the building complex there are many small shops with everything you need for everyday needs. By taxi, you can reach the center in 5 minutes and it costs 1 to 2 euros. Really great and Melina is a super good host. I'll be back!
