This gorgeous house is located in a private gated community called Pedregal de La Paz with an amazing ocean view. The community has a tennis court and a small soccer field. The house is on a hill and it is a 3-minute car ride away from a beach called “El Caimancito”. The famous Malecon de La Paz, where you can walk by the sea and visit restaurants of all kinds, is 3.3 kms. away.
