The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. You can park right outside the door. Shopping is just 1 minute away on foot. The Lewitz bike path on the Stör Canal to Schwerin is right outside the front door. Opposite, it goes directly into the beautiful nature of the Lewitz. Linens and towels are furnished.

My place is close to Schwerin, right on a swimming lake. The apartments are located in a listed half-timbered house with old trees and 15000m² garden and courtyard complex. Both flats have separate entrance. The location is ideal as a starting point for excursions but not accessible by public transportation. There is no wifi! However, a very good D2 mobile network. Maximum 2 people!No pets allowed
