The house is pure charm, very beachy, as we expected. Very clean, great beds. There are more things than were announced. Lu is very receptive, very friendly and always treated us very well. It is close to the beach and the house has a cart with chairs, which makes it easier to get around, even with children. We were greeted with a beautiful arrangement of delicious fruits, a token of affection from the hostess. We had a very good time and we will certainly return, God willing 🙏

wonderful , easy access to the beaches to the shops ,super clean nice people around , silencing had no great mess to enjoy as a family . Simply wonderful to Maricler a super attentive dear worried about our home always asking if everything was okay and if we were comfortable . Simply renting is worth as much in value as in comfort

Our stay was wonderful, clean apartment, well organized, good beds, well-equipped apartment. The ocean view is breathtaking. In a few steps, you are already on the beach, which is very quiet. Our kids enjoyed it a lot. restaurant, bakery, ice cream parlor, supermarkets, everything is close, you can do everything on foot, without having to take the car out of the garage. The days in Bianca's apartment were great! She was super flexible when we arrived a little later and even received our ifood while waiting for us... lol... the apartment is cute, spacious, clean and very nice. The most convenient thing for us was the very practical location for visiting the neighboring cities: Pomerode, Balneário Camboriú, Blumenau, Brusque. We'll recommend it to friends, for sure! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos — in fact, it's even better! Throughout my stay, the host was super attentive and always responded quickly. The place was impeccably clean and we had access to the entire leisure area of the condominium, which is simply perfect. My daughter loved it! There is a toy library, game room, several swimming pools... it is an excellent space for families. Another very positive point is the market behind the condominium, with fair prices. And the best part: we can take the shopping cart to the apartment and then return it with ease. I asked to check in a little early and, since I was with a child, it made all the difference. Priscila was extremely helpful and empathetic with the situation, which made me even more comfortable. The location is also great: just 10 minutes from Beto Carrero and about 35 minutes from Balneário Camboriú. Since I stayed four days, there was time to enjoy a little bit of everything — it was wonderful!

We loved our stay, everything was clean and organized, we felt at home, the balcony was perfect for rainy days and having a barbecue, the condominium was super organized, there is a grocery store that was great, snack bars and a gas station in front of the apartment, close to Beto Carreiro, which was perfect. Whoever rents it will love it for sure. Thank you, I highly recommend it!
