Comfortably blending modern convenience with historic charm, the apartment sits in a 100-year old Hausmanien building near Wagram boulevard. Perfectly situated to sample some of Paris’s favorite pastimes, like getting lost at the charming Levis’s street or experiencing weirdly French cheese.

Located next to the Place de Wagram, the apartment is situated in a very convenient yet quiet location, close to the Arc de Triomphe, the Monceau Park, the flea market of Batignolles and the shops of Rue Levy. In a few minutes you can reach the Madeleine, Opéra Garnier, the department stores and Place de la Concorde. The S-Bahn line RER C, just 100 meters from the apartment, takes you to the Eiffelturm in 10 minutes.

My place is in the middle of a big garden and in front of the river "la Somme", perfect for nature lovers. It's also really close to Amiens and his famous church. The city offers a lot of activities (for adults but also children). You have all the confort, suitable for families.
