LA VIE SAGE is an entire luxurious house on a private island on the Seine river to enjoy absolute calm in the heart of nature, only 25 minutes from Paris. ACCESSIBLE ONLY BY BOAT. The house has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a large living room with an open kitchen, a garden, and an 80m2 terrace equipped with a hot tub to admire the dazzling sunsets over the Seine. The house is fully equipped: underfloor heating, air conditioning, kitchen, WIFI, TV, connected lights.

In a park of more than one hectare, amidst birdsong, you may surprise a squirrel running on the lawn or jumping into the trees. It's a very quiet place, close to nature, in the middle of the "Monts des Flandres". Rest, hiking or sightseeing: everyone will find their own. Near Belgium: Ypres (WW1 commemorations) at 30 min. The house is in the heart of nature: in the middle of a meadow, close to large trees and a water point. A peaceful, relaxing place. An ideal base for hikes or to more touristy sites. After hosting many migratory birds in our "Le Roi des Oiseaux" gîte, we will have the pleasure of welcoming you to Le Roitelet, a guest suite that can accommodate 2 people. After long months of renovation and creation, we have imagined and transformed these few rooms of our farmhouse to create a warm place. We took care to preserve the authenticity and charm of our home in the choice of materials.

We have renovated this farmhouse and are happy to make our studio located on the second floor of our house available. We hope to offer you a cozy little cocoon.
