Wow, as good as the photos are - they understate the size of the property which is gigantic. It is a mansion, not a house and you’ll forever be finding additional seating and areas throughout your stay. The property could use a little love, but ultimately this adds to the charm and evident history of the villa. Paintings, ornaments and the likes are littered through the house adding to the intrigue. Thankfully the roads leading up the villa are wide and well paved once you get to the private compound gate (2 km’s), and there are better roads than others pre this point. There is a stray cat which likes to rest on the property, however it does keep to itself and may not be permanent. The bedrooms are huge, all with ensuites and the dual kitchen gives you options too. It really is a special place to stay with amazing views of the water, city and mountains.

The villa may very well be the nicest one in Monreale when you consider the views, cleanliness, size, and balcony. Manola (and Alessandro) were great hosts; responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Bedding was comfortable, especially for Europe. Views were 15/10 immaculate, especially during sunrise. Would stay again!

Elvira’s apartment is an absolute gem, it is clear this is her home and is beautifully furnished and equipped as a result. It is spacious and stylish with lovely homely touches; the vinyl collection, the piano, the well stocked fridge and cupboards for guests. You will want for nothing. The apartment has two balconies, alive with lush plants and a perfect breakfast spot overlooking the historical square. Once night falls and you close the doors, it is absolutely silent and your sleep will be deep and uninterrupted in the fabulous bedroom. The apartment is very close to all the historical sights and fabulous restaurants too, you will find lots of super recommendations from Elvira. Elvira has obviously spent a lot of time and effort creating this amazing apartment space and you should not hesitate in booking.

Le séjour était incroyable ! Ce sont des hôtes extrêmement accueillants qui ont le cœur sur la main. Le plateau de bienvenue et le petit déjeuner étaient supers ! Ce sont des attentions qui font toute la différence. De plus, nous avons été accueillis par Marcello qui nous attendait devant le logement, qui nous a guidés jusqu’au parking et ramenés avec sa voiture au logement. Nous n’avons pas les mots pour décrire à quel point les services sont au top! Le logement est neuf et absolument tout le nécessaire est présent. Dans chacune des pièces il y a une petite attention ! Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. Mille mercis encore !!

Wunderschöne gelegene, ruhige Unterkunft. Die Fotos entsprechen der Wirklichkeit, vor allem der Ausblick von der Terrasse. Gut arbeitende Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, viel Platz. Sie Sehenswürdigkeiten von Monreale sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Appartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Dr. Margherita Zander und Martin Roemer
