Just a wonderful place in a very quiet neighborhood

We were a little surprised at first by this small alley and this atypical accommodation different from the others, but also very quickly got used to it. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped and in a good location and communication with the host went well.

The Host was very nice, helped us check in, and explained the amenities in detail.The accommodation space is large, perfect for large groups, each room has a toilet, no worries about usage.If I come to Ho Chi Minh City again, I will choose to stay here again.

I had been here a week and had great experience

Lovely place but I didn’t like the building staff. That’s fine you can completely ignore them. Don’t waste your energy even smiling at them. Apart from that condo was lovely, clean spacious, and daily maintained. Careful with pets as the building staff as extremely rude, but if you’re travelling without a pet I can highly recommend the place. Owner of the room itself is really nice.

It's a great place for several people to stay. The view is great, and each room is spacious and pleasant. The host is friendly.

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

The area of this place is accessible and peaceful. There are many convenience stores and restaurants to dine in. The room are in good condition which can accommodate to 15 people. It was a good stay🤗😘

Great just. Great place to stay. Clear instructions and easy to find

Our group of 7 enjoyed staying at Amy’s place! We were greeted with a nice fragrance when we first entered the house and even the bedsheets smelled good! Place was really clean, making it a really pleasant stay! It is also conveniently located in D1, making it close to many attractions and stores a short walk or ride away. Although the house is in an alleyway, it is safe and the distance to the road for pick ups is not far at all! We had a good sleep since it was located at the end of the alley, away from the honking sounds from the roads. Hosts were also very responsive and accommodating, thank you so much for the delightful experience and we will definitely stay again if we go back to HCM!

Great location in the heart of the city. The room was clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed and pretty cool decor. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the free laundry service is very useful. Free coffee and water as well in the lobby. I would recommend this place and will be coming again.

It was really great time to stay in David Tran’s residence. So clean and cozy. I recommend to stay his residence and I am definitely come back his residence next time.

We had a great stay here. The apartment was clean, spacious enough for two people, and equipped with air conditioning. The host was very responsive and flexible with the check-in. Just a note- the building doesn't have an elevator, so it might be a bit challenging if you're carrying heavy luggage.

We enjoyed our stay at Thanh and Michael’s place. The apartment is located in an apartment complex area with a lot of convenience stores, supermarkets and malls so it was really handy. There are a few public pools for residents to use too. It is located not too far from the other districts and easy to access. There are a few ants in the apartment and the kitchen surfaces was a bit sticky when we first arrived. Michael was really responsive and good with communication.
