We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The villa is brand new, clean, and beautifully designed. Its location right by the beach made it super convenient for the kids to enjoy swimming and playing in the sand. Khem Beach is so nice, I love surfing there. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. 100% recommended!

The property is peaceful, beautifully designed, and just like the photos. Waking up to the ocean view each morning felt unreal. Tracy and her team were so kind and helpful, and made everything feel effortless. I loved the infinity pool, private beach access, and the free kayaks — such a fun bonus! The location is quiet and relaxing, but still close to great attractions like Grand World, VinWonders, Safari, and the night market. Everything was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully prepared. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Phú Quốc — I’d come back in a heartbeat!

Great location, super private. Easy to access all the hotspots

The villa was absolutely beautiful, my friends and I loved the place. The neighborhood was a bit quiet but safe and easy to find. It is located around 15-20 minute drive from the main tourist area of Phu Quoc and around 30-40 mins from Sunset Town. The host was also very responsive and helped us out with activities in the city and recommendations around the area. Will definitely come again!

A house with very complete facilities, very suitable for 8 people traveling as a group, the swimming pool and the private beach in the villa area are very good, the cutlery, TV and everything else is also complete, the only thing is that there was no hot water on the first night, the Host also solved it quickly.The location is in the middle, a little desolate around, but easy access to the airport.Worthy recommendable!

We couldn't have imagined a better place to stay in Phu Quoc. The villa is a bit secluded, but you escape the touristy alleys and the noise. Grab takes you straight to the accommodation. The view from the room is fantastic and very spacious! We were able to rent a scooter directly on site at a fair price. Absolutely recommended!

I stayed here with my family on my trip the Vietnam. The place was clean and the service was very good. They took care of our every need including providing us we a free upgrade to accommodate our large family. The helped us with our daily trips around island. It was very pleasant from booking to check in.The boss is very nice and handsome, and the housekeeper lady is also very welcoming.The house was lovely and clean, exactly as pictured and exceeded expectations.We play mainly in the south of Phu Quoc Island this time, the house is close to the beach, there is a free shuttle to the seaside, about 5 km from Sunset Town.Great location 25 minutes or so from the airport.Near the resort, you can walk to Dugong supermarket, you can buy breakfast, buy fruit opposite the supermarket, the host a box of mineral water configuration per day, people don't have to buy it at the supermarket, which is also very considerate.40 minutes from the largest supermarket in the north, Kingkong mart.At Phu Guo Night Market in general, it is recommended to find a store with a high rating from Googlemap, even the roadside shops are delicious.Three-day trips to Phu Guo Island also exceeded expectations, I highly recommend everyone to Phuko Island.

Great stay with a helpful host! The villa we originally booked had an electrical issue, Hung offered us an even better alternative. It was spacious and comfortable, walkable to the beach and had good breakfast.

What an absolutely stunning place! Our family LOVED IT! The photos don’t even come close to capturing the beauty!! The swimming pool is way bigger than it looked online, and the whole place is just gorgeous! The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more unforgettable. We had an absolute blast here, no doubt about it!🩷

Had a great time with my family at Duong’s place in Phu Quoc! Beautiful home. Spacious. Cool and comfortable. 1 minute walk to beach. Pool in yard and also public pool 1 min walk away. Plenty of room. Nice buffet restaurant right on the premises too. East to get a taxi in just a couple minutes and can be in the city center in 15 mins. Can walk 5 min to a pedestrian mall filled with shops, restaurants and spas. We had a great time and Duong was a perfect host!

I stayed here for four nights with three friends after travelling around Vietnam for two weeks and it was just what we needed to relax and unwind. Comfy beds, fabulous showers, air conditioning, lovely little pool outside or larger pool for more serious swimming very close by and great beach only a short walk away. The support team was extremely helpful and responded quickly. There is a lot of construction going on in the resort but nothing that affected us. Would highly recommend.
