Vacation rentals with a kayak in Phthiotis

Good host very friendly and willing to help with anything we asked for! The house is perfect warm and beautiful! Very close to the port of Volos where we went on foot and close to Pelion! We'll be comfortably staying at this next time we visit Volos!

Great location, easy to communicate and check in and beautiful views. The downsides are that it is an apartment on the second floor, and there isn’t really a beach, it’s more of a road on the water. We nonetheless had a great time, price was fair and Dimitra was quick and responsive. Overall, great stay.

Paraskevi's place is a gem. The house and contact with Paraskevi and her husband Anaxagoras far exceeded our expectations. Accommodation and location, courteous personal address and the individually and extensively equipped house are exceptional. The bedrooms, bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, dining and living area, a beautiful conservatory and the homely terrace in stylish furnishings offered a variety of opportunities for cozy togetherness of our family, complemented by a garage with sports, fishing and bathing utensils of any kind, a car parking space and outdoor grill. Close proximity to the beautiful beach promenade Paralias and the sea as well as bars and cafes (2 min. Walking) including freshwater showers are great and overall little touristy at the beginning of October. Paraskevi and Anaxagoras represent hosts who correspond to the original Airbnb idea and come from friendships. Thank you!

The location is great, located right by the sea, from upstairs you can see the sunrise. The lawn is gorgeous, you can let the kids play freely. Nearby there are tavernas and cafes. The area is very quiet. A bit difficult to get to, even with the gps. We were pleasantly surprised that Mr. Ianis speaks Romanian. Very hospitable, they helped us with everything we needed. The villa has a bit of a dangerous staircase for young children.

Alexander’s property is really special. The garden is enchanting, the view of the bay is stunning, the little private beach is priceless and the terrace is a perfect spot for shady lunches and for enjoying the bats flitting about at dusk. The properties are indeed a little tired but this is a family-owned group of buildings, clearly loved and enjoyed and cared for. It feels like staying at one’s own Greek holiday home which is charming. Alexander and other family members who help manage the property were really helpful, friendly and responsive which we appreciated. They have sea kayaks and a giant paddle board which we were allowed to use so were able to access hard to reach beaches and explore a little lagoon not too far away. This is a busy island with a lot of public beaches; this holiday home offered a haven of peace and a quiet place to access the sea and sunbathe. There are sometimes people swimming past because the snorkelling is so good. We would happily return!

It was all great I recommend it to families with children mainly and not only …. Lina is wonderful very friendly kind and helpful… she was responding to everything and whatever we asked for she did it with pleasure!!! It really felt like home like a family friend!!! Thanks Lina!!!!

Michael's hospitality was lovely and out of the ordinary! The place is special with a private and magical small beach, many seating areas, a lot of investment in the small details, and a variety of water activities such as SUP, kayaking, sea mattresses, snorkels for personal and free use on the private beach. The house is cozy and practical, there was nothing missing, stunning view of the bay, expansive sunsets and sunrises, we enjoyed and already want to come back.

It is the ideal place for those who want to spend a vacation in a beautiful place out of the world. It is not easy to reach and there are some minor inconveniences, the connected road and the need to provide drinking water from the outside. Vassilj, however, thought of everything and our group found a wonderful welcome. Great for a large group of friends or families.

The hosts - Elena and Katerina are very friendly and keep the place clean, ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone. It's a perfect spot for anyone wanting to relax and soak in the beauty of Greece.
