This is a great budget friendly place that is walkable and can easily get to most places in Chiangmai. There’s a 7-11 within 5 minutes walking so you can stock up on any necessities. Be warned that there are a lot of stairs, at least two flights of stairs to reach the first bedroom.

Great location!It is very easy to walk from Thapae Gate and the Valoro Market.The house comes with a charming Thai style and is very secluded at night!Will have the opportunity to recommend it to friends

we stayed very comfort and peaceful. room is clean and tidy, even the weather outside is hot, the room inside has cool temperature. It's located in quiet and private place. there's also good foods, cafe in walking distance. provided almost all amenities convenient for the guest. we definitely come back again

Place looks exactly as described, and the host is pretty responsive. The place is far from all the action as it's a quasi gated community, but if you like quiet, like I do, and don't mind a short grab or bolt to town, this is the place.

This is my second stay at Tatum’s place so I knew what to expect. Everything is clean usable on in the villages really nice close to restaurants and 7-Eleven. Everything you need is right there and the bikes or an extra.

The house is a bit isolated but nice. The kitchen is nice, easy to cook. The host is very helpful and generous and lovely. The host just lives next door so it’s very convenient for us if we need anything.

We stayed at Kate’s apartment in Chiang Mai for a month, and had a wonderful experience. Kate had thoughtfully prepared the apartment with great attention to detail, and was always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Located in a gated community with security at the entrance witch gave us a sense of safety. There's a nice pool in the complex for cooling off on hot days. The neighborhood is about a 10-minute drive from the city center. Not far from the complex are a few recommended street food spots, a 7-Eleven, and some fruit and local food carts that we enjoyed visiting. There was sometimes an unpleasant sewage smell during evening showers, but we understood this is common in many Thai homes and not something specific to this apartment. Overall, the experience was just right for us in every way. Comfort, service, thoughtful touches, everything was spot on. Highly recommended!

Big, three storey unit with three bedrooms. Located in an alley just off the Mae Hia market. It looks just like the photos, and the description is 100% accurate. A lot of space for a group of people or a family travelling together. The location is the best and worst thing about the unit. The market has a lot of stores and services, anything you could need is here. Very good location for ordering a Grab car / scooter, and close to many of the places one might want to go. However, it's also a busy active market, so there's a lot of noise during the day: roosters crowing, parking assistants whistling, cars honking, scooters motoring. There's also some noise bleeding in through the walls from the church and piano studios next door. However, this is never an issue at night and never affected sleeping. The kitchen is tiny, but that's typical in Thailand and the market is full of fresh food to order (especially on weekends). Overall, a good place for a large group doing a medium-length stay.

It's a new building in Golden Town, so there are no bugs indoors or outdoors, and it's very clean. The appliances and furniture are also clean and great. There are two grocery stores across the street, and the Monday and Wednesday night markets at Ruam Chong Mall are mainly for locals, so they're much cheaper and more delicious than other night markets. However, there is no hot water in the bathroom on the first floor, but the water is clean, probably because there is a water purifier. There's a pool, so it's the best place to stay with kids!!!

My family of 4 really enjoyed the place - it is tastefully designed, very clean and comfortable, with all the kitchen tools we need to cook up simple meals, which we enjoy very much in our family trips. The location is just 15-20mins from the airport and city area, just slightly off the main busy area for a more peaceful environment. Knot has been the most friendly and helpful host, and I would strongly recommend this place for any family looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay in Chiang Mai !

This homestay experience is really great!Must share ~ As soon as you get to the B&B, it is attracted by its cozy and unique decoration style, and the owner's heart is revealed everywhere.The room is clean and tidy, very well arranged, and the details are as clean as possible.The beds were soft and comfortable, so I had a great night's sleep. The service didn't say that I answered all kinds of questions patiently from the beginning of the reservation, and when I checked in, I also helped recommend the surrounding places and good restaurants to eat.Feel at home in a homestay and feel full of warmth. The surrounding environment is also very nice, quiet and cozy, close to attractions and shopping streets, making it easy to get around. This stay was perfect and I highly recommend it to everyone!There will be a chance and I will definitely come back!

The apartment is huge. The rooms and kitchen are spacious. The owner was friendly and allowed us to leave our bags for longer. Quiet and fairly central area. Recommended.

Jane's place is spacious, spotless, and perfectly located, just steps from breakfast spots, a 7/11, and a tailor, yet wonderfully quiet. Jane is an exceptional host, kind, attentive, and always quick to help with any questions, making us feel truly at home. Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality!

Good place for holiday , nice house and responsive host .

The place is in a good location and good to find. The house was cozy and nice to match the pictures, but it was a little noisy even after midnight because of the proximity to Nimman Road (but the host was very attentive to having ear plugs attached to each room), might want to be aware of it for those who are sensitive to sound. Having a housekeeper to tidy up every day was fantastic!Our family had a wonderful holiday here ~

Lovely host, very good communication, the neighbours are lovely and it really felt like home. Super clean and the beds were very comfy! Jia's house is so nice!We are three couples in this trip and everyone is very satisfied. The first day of the red-eye flight to Chiangmai, the situation of the room could just let us in early to rest, which was a surprise. The location of the house is particularly good, go to 711, massage shop, small bar, Ningman Road, Maya all within 20 minutes on foot, a group of people talking laughing and very happy😊 Jia was super responsive and super quick to deal with issues.Of course, the house doesn't have any problems ~ The space is large and the pictures are exactly the same, but I'm not familiar with the air conditioner operation.🥹 Because of this house, left a brilliant travel memory, to fall in love with Chiang Mai❤️

This place is amazing, the location is absolutely perfect, and the transportation is super convenient. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. I loved it so much that I even wanted to buy it! However, the only downside is that since it's newly renovated, there is still some renovation smell when you first move in. I would recommend guests who are pregnant or have babies to wait at least six months after my review before choosing to stay here

Rosie Home was a sweet home in a great busy area and yet, tucked away from the main road so felt very private. We enjoyed the easy access and convenience of walkable location. Sirada was very responsive. If we come back with a group of companies, we will definitely stay here. Thank you!

I am not the first one to write this but the apparent is literally inside the Saturday market which I must mention was the best market we have been in Thailand. Not too crowded, great prices, lots of unique and local products and good vibes. We arrived on Saturday afternoon to a not that busy street, the 3 floors apparent is located in an internal building with a small porch facing the small parking lot. A few hours later, the entire street including the parking lot is filled with music and beautiful market stands. Not to worry, all the hassle disappeared before midnight as if it was not there. The apparent itself is very spacious with living room and kitchen on the first floor and two huge bedrooms with private bathroom on each of the other floors. Fah and Talay are very responsive and provide good tips for the stay. This is a great accommodation if you are here on Saturday!
