Great one bedroom apartment with stunning view of the city. Two swimming pools and gym. Has everything one may need. Super responsive host. When needed an iron ,I had it delivered to my doorstep really fast. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again if visiting again

I stayed for three weeks at the Skyline, and I couldn’t recommend it more. First, the hosts are great and very responsive. I needed a clothes iron and they got me one within hours. Second, the apartment itself is very nice with all the amenities you need. The balconies offer a great view, the AC is perfect, the bed is comfortable, shower is hot with pressure, and there is even a tv box/hdmi to watch youtube or watch something else on your laptop. The building has a convenience store on the 9th floor which is very useful, a really nice pool, and a gym with very basic equipment. You can even go up to the 38th floor for an amazing view and some grass to walk on. The neighbourhood is really lively with a market right outside the front doors with some great food nearby. Whether it’s a short term stay or a long one, I’d recommend skyline. It was a wonderful experience.

First of all, the hosts are very helpful and friendly. They are quite accessible whenever I communicate. The place is lovely and clean. Since I am anxious person, I have concern on the lock system. Nothing happened but the floor lock is broken while the room lock is performing. So, I am a bit worried about the security since I stay alone. The bathroom lights blink a lot but if you keep them on for the entire time, no problem. The others are perfect. Location is accessible to everywhere. Restaurants are very nearby. There are also 24/7 stores and juice shops are around. The whole road is lighten up and lively. So, if you are like me looking for lively and lights the night, it is really good stay.

East Land Apartments (Yue Tai Hotel and Apartment) is located at the corner of streets 214 and 51. Great communication with Richard. Good recommendations and helpful. Nice location from which many restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. We stayed about three weeks in Room 506. Spacious 2bed/2 bath. Has an agitator, laundry detergent and clothes rack for convenience. The flat was a little warm, so Richard was able to drop off a floor fan which helped a lot. The master bedroom had only a box spring, so it felt like sleeping on plywood. Richard was able to arrange the delivery of a mattress. It took a few days but made a big difference. The gym has been severely neglected and is rather useless. Fortunately there is a very modern gym only a few minutes away down Street 51 called The Place. $15 per day / $99 per month. Overall nice place to stay.

I had a very comfortable stay during my business trip for 4 nights and 5 days, and the accommodation was clean, quick, and friendly.

The real room is more beautiful than the picture with full of convenience, it makes me feel like i’m home, everything is very nice. I can see the city view and river view from this room. I will come back here if i have free time.

Check in was smooth and the host and her team were well prepared and their experience was very evident. There were some minor instances that came up during my stay where some maintenance and attention were required but Lalin and her team (especially MeanHeng) were experts in remedying the situation and resolving it quickly and with ease. The only Con for my stay was the bed, it was a little bit more firm than I am used to. Outside of that, the description and instructions were accurate. The best part was the location to the river walk and all the markets and bars - also a great location for avid runners.

really nice apartment to stay at for a month. internet was great, the host was super helpful. the gym, pool and badminton courts were a great perk (though you have to pay for it, it was very well maintained and never too crowded). the view of the stadium is also really good. grocery stores, sim card store, cafes were all nearby and uber/tuktuks came within 1 min whenever required.

So's apartment is spotless, super comfortable and a great place for a short stay, despite the neighborhood being fairly noisy and congested and a skyscraper under construction directly in front. Being located in a building connected to a mall meant that we didn't have to go far to find a supermarket or for an impromptu meal. There is a gorgeous pagoda at the street level right opposite the entrance lobby which is worth visiting. Great location to get cabs and tuktuks quickly.

Darwin Villa was a wonderful place to stay. A private room with a balcony spa bath, overlooking the Mekong River. The sunrise and nighttime view were spectacular. I will definitely stay again. 5 stars.

Juan was prompt with everything, showed us around all the facilities and the stay was great. Would love to go back again!
