I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The place was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location was convenient to us since we planned to visit Starcity, with nearby stores. The aesthetic of the place is top notch and great for birthday photos (just like I did). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again! (Thank you Host for the free Nespresso capsules! Hihi)

We loved the thoughtful touches, like the stuff for my infant. The stay was comfortable. Multiple 7/11 around the area, Watson across the street. Forbes Town is 2 min walk. Bonifacio stop over is like 2min away as well. St Lukes is 5-7 min walk. Pretty much a great place, near everything you need for your stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay Ms. Mirriam, we'll definitely be back! Highly recommend this property!

My husband and I had amazing stay at Danilo's place. He is also very responsive. Every detail inside the unit was perfect from the stylish furnishings moroccan inspired and the balcony view was absolutely stunning a perfect spot to relax. Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. We recently enjoyed a 4-day, 3-night stay at this beautiful home, and it had been ages since our last family vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the spaciousness and charm of the property. The home was perfect for our family, featuring four bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The cozy living room and dining area were ideal for family dinners, and the new appliances added to our comfort. The decor inspired us to call Z&Z Photographer for a family portrait, as the home provided a stunning backdrop. The outdoor area was fantastic, with cozy bonfire and grill nights, and the breathtaking view of the Cordillera mountains enhanced our experience. Our hosts, Elmer and Aura, were incredibly hospitable and always available to help. We truly fell in love with this place; it felt like a slice of heaven! I highly recommend this home for families seeking a getaway. It’s a perfect home away from home!

The place is very spacious and truly feels like home. It’s absolutely worth what we paid for. The kitchen has plenty of room—not cramped at all—and is well stocked with cooking pans, plates, and utensils. We really enjoyed our stay here!

The house is incredibly homey, with all the amenities and appliances you could need. We had a great stay! The house was spotless and beautifully designed with wood and black steel accents. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus a washer, dryer, and iron. Wi-Fi and Netflix were a nice bonus, and the beds were super comfortable. My daughter and family were amazed by how lovely the place was. Highly recommended!

The unit was very clean and perfect for our short vacation in BGC. The host recommended restaurants that we tried and enjoyed. The unit was fully equipped with essentials and a decent wifi connection. I like that Netflix was also available. The building also felt safe with good security. I totally recommend this listing. Apple was very accommodating and responsive. Check in/out was smooth and easy.

Vince was very accommodating, he was fast respond to us at all hours, service was great, it felt more like I was staying at a cousins apartment as opposed to a hotel. Air conditioners worked great apartment was beautiful. My kids really loved the space and the convenience of the washer and dryer was absolutely phenomenal. It came in handy. Extremely happy with my stay, I will be staying again for sure in the near future. There is a 24 hour 711 right downstairs, which was great. There was a nice little coffee stand outside of the building. The building staff was phenomenal and friendly always greeted us with smiles. Great location, walking distance to everything.

We were a group of 13 people, including infants, and the space was absolutely perfect for all of us. The comfortable beds, cozy blankets, and pillows ensured everyone had a restful sleep, and the spacious layout made it easy to relax and enjoy. The fine dining table provided an elegant space for meals, making every gathering feel special. We also loved the TV and PlayStation, which kept us entertained indoors and made for a fun, relaxing experience. Everything was thoughtfully designed for convenience, from the contactless check-in to the high-speed WiFi and security features. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for groups and families, can’t wait to return!

It’s a lovely house and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The place is well-equipped and really feels like home. Air con works perfectly, and we had a great time staying here. The host was super responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Just a few small things to note - the curtains are blackout but still let in quite a bit of sunlight from the top and bottom. The main bedroom can get a bit noisy, even with the windows shut. The living room feels a little cramped because of the large sofa and dining table. Also, delivery guys aren’t allowed upstairs, so you have to go down every time for pickups, which can get a bit annoying. That said, overall, it’s a great place to stay.

We were going to stay at the Grand Hyatt, but we saved $500 and got a truly pleasant, decorated stay with a helpful host.
