We had a great stay. Ma'am Mary Ann and Kuya Abet were very nice and hands on. The kids loved swimming and lounging by the pool. The place was squeaky clean and looked exactly the as the pictures and more. The sunset view is the best. PS Thank you for the free Turon and scuba diving lessons.

Kubo is very nice for small family. furnitures are clean and kitchen outside is wide with complete appliances needed for cooking. I like that the place is beach front and there cottages also that you can rent. Beach is always been safe especially for kids.

Hosts are responsive and accommodating. Place is great.

The place is clean, Free use od kitchen and friendly staff. We loved the fact that kayaking is free! One of his staff will even lookout for you personally.

We booked late on the same day but the host approved booking almost instantly. The place was clean and quiet. A very relaxing place to stay!

I enjoyed my stay here. Peaceful and quiet but close enough to everything in Dumaguete. Very clean. Nice split aircon that's very quiet. Loved this place.

Laid-back, countryside vibe. The main house overlooks a vast expanse of rice fields, reminiscent of Bali. Bugiw is kubo-like, but much much equipped with everything you need. You will love the kitchen. The place is not next to the beach, it would take you to cross the street and a short walk, but once you get through, it is stunning. It’s a sunrise side, but best in the afternoon for the shade. It’s possible to camp on the beach. I had the best time.

Had a wonderful staycation at Amie’s place! They were very proactive and responsive - specially when we needed a few things to cook breakfast. We absolutely loved the pool with the scenic view of the beach. Highly recommended, we’ll be back soon. :)

If I can give a rating this place is 1000/10. The owner is very responsive and very helpful. Their caretakers is also very kind and helpful to us. Definitely recommend this place and if I have a chance Ill book this place again.

I had an exceptional stay at this island accommodation, which exceeded even the best luxury stays in island I travelled around the world . The unbeatable price, flexibility of the host, and excellent daily breakfast left me speechless. The villa had a good shower pressure, a first aid kit, and a generous breakfast. The Gravy chicken with rice was delicious. Angelin provided friendly and genuine service, and was flexible to accommodate my needs. The only drawback for light sleepers is the gecko sounds at night. Other than that it’s all amazing experience , once more thank you Angelin , chef & Sephine ! You guys are amazing , stay consistent and keep it up 😊

The villa is really nice. My fave spot was their kitchen, Im so happy that we decided to cook. We love that the place is pet-friendly! The hosts and staff are helpful. Not a lot of things to do so it's the perfect place to rest and relax.

Booked this place for my bf’s bday and we had a fantastic stay! The place was super cozy & spacious, which made it perfect for hanging out w friends. The host was really responsive to all my questions and concerns, and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely book again. :)

Intermittent internet. However, this place is good if you are a nature lover. staff are friendly. highly recommended to my friends.

Love our stay in Lilibeth’s accommodation as she and Kenji is quick to response with our queries. Both are very accommodating. Will surely book again if we plan to go back in La Union.

Madam Chantal is a truly kind and hospitable host. Although I had to cancel the stay early due to personal matters, she went above and beyond to ensure that the person I booked the cottage for was comfortable - installing a washing machine, providing a new fridge, and making sure the space was clean and cozy. She was also incredibly responsive and compassionate throughout our communication. I’m grateful for her understanding and warmth, and I hope to stay at her place personally someday under better circumstances.

great location, clean and comfortable room with everything such as a fridge, AC, great wifi connection. beach within walking distance, places to eat and drink too. host were present and easy to communicate with. 10/10

The host and caretaker were kind and accommodating, which made our stay pleasant. However, there are a few things that could be improved. First, the bathtub wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, so we had to drain and clean it before using it, which was disappointing since it’s one of the main features of the place. Second, the door didn’t feel very secure. Since the cabin is in the woods, it was easy to pry open, even when locked, which made us a little anxious about safety. Third, the water pressure was low, and the water heater didn’t work properly. It only stayed warm for about a minute before cooling down, so we couldn't enjoy hot water. Lastly, we had asked ahead about drinking water, and we were told it would be available. However, there wasn’t enough, and we had to make a trip to the store. Two empty water containers were there, and it would’ve been helpful if at least one was filled, or if we were told we might need to buy extra. Despite these issues, it was a great stay overal

The cabin was superb! We really liked the pool, the family computer, karaoke speaker, breakfast (for a fair price), the solar lights.. everything!! I would definitely recommend Ms. Mhelie’s place to my friends and family. She and Nanay Edith are very helpful and responsive to our queries. It’s like our home away from home. And what you see in the pictures is what you get. Just bring a mosquito repellant as you’ll be encountering quite a few. Nonetheless, we had a very memorable stay. Thank you, Ms. Mhelie and Nanay Edith!!!

The Tiny House is a hidden gem. It is located among the local houses and provides a 'real' Philippines experience. The outdoor kitchen has all the required utensils, a rice cooker and gas stove top. The aircon is very efficient and the bedding comfortable. Our kids shared a bed on the lower level, and we stayed in the double bed upstairs. The access is a bit haphazard as a new house has recently been built over the existing access. The owner spent some money on upgrading a new road to the house, but it is still a bit tricky with scooters. GL is a 15-minute drive away via the main road, while Cloud 9 (10-minutes) and Ocean 9 (4-munites) are relevantly close by. We had scooters delivered to the house (for a small fee) that Astrid organised for us. We would have extended our stay if it was available.

We enjoyed our stay so much. That’s an absolutely incredibly Place you love quite private Beaches. The oOwner is such a lovely person, always helpful and friendly. The island is such a Gem, close to Port Barton, but not crowded . lovely local people living in a small village close. About 15 min by Food away. There’s a small store as well. I highly recommend staying here at least 4 Days. I definetly come back
