Three of us spent a long weekend at Lisa’s Airbnb and had a wonderful time. It is a beautiful property and especially pretty with the autumn colors. The cottage is exactly as described on the Airbnb site. Check-in was easy and Lisa was very responsive to all messages. Great location with easy access (by car) to Malvern and the surrounding areas. We were out and about most days, but also enjoyed relaxing at the cottage too. We would consider staying here again and recommend it for a friends or family getaway.

We had a very peaceful stay on Julia’s beautiful property. We were able to check in early, which was very helpful to us. Julia was very responsive when I messaged her which we appreciated. The Little House had everything we needed and would highly recommend!

This was our second time staying here. We first stayed here last year while visiting our daughter at Princeton. The studio is very conveniently located on a quiet residential street, yet it is an easy stroll to the restaurants and shops. Ted & Kirsten are great hosts, very helpful and easy to communicate with. Might be back again if we visit Princeton next year :)

We loved our stay here. Everything was clean and organized. The showers were amazing and the bed was wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and it felt like you’re walking through an enchanted garden leading to the front door. The area is gorgeous and quiet. We walked around the neighborhood and marveled at its beauty. Being right across the street from the lake was amazing. There is a special peace to this location. You will love your stay here. Amazing place on beautiful property. Host was extremely accommodating, and easy to contact. Temperature in the space was perfect, WiFi signal was strong, very clean, kitchen and bath was well stocked. Wish we weren’t there for work and could’ve explored the area more. We passed absolutely gorgeous fishing areas and parks on the way to work. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back. Thanks for everything Dan.

An extremely comfortable space. Cassandra had so many nice welcoming touches and amenities, with all kinds of drinks and snacks, so many coffee and tea options, and all the cooking supplies, pots, pans, etc. that we could need, including many extras like a blender and air fryer. The WiFi was strong, and there was so much space (I do online yoga while traveling, and all this space was a dream!) Cassandra was very responsive, and we will absolutely stay here again next time we are in town - highly recommend!!

Perfect amount of space for me and my two dogs with a little yard and a great neighborhood to walk them in. It was a perfect location and I felt very safe. I It was a peaceful and quiet neighborhood and close access to Wilmington and South PA. Would definately stay again when I come back.

This is my second time staying with Ann and it was amazing. The creek this is situated on provides the most soothing sound and the surroundings are woodsy and relaxing. It’s 8 minutes from downtown Phoenixville and has easy access to the highway to get to other places. I really enjoy staying here. It’s my go to spot when I’m visiting family in the area!

Our stay at Nova's place was relaxing and stress-free as any good getaway should be, and yet still had the comforts of staying at home. The space is decorated in a calming, neutral palette, complimenting its natural surroundings. The property was beautiful, home to a variety of lovely plants. The chickens were a delight to watch, as were the numerous wild birds. We were greeted by Nova and Nia both upon arrival; they are both the sweetest, calmest dogs I've ever met. Nova came over at least once a day for a visit while we were sitting on the patio, such a joy! The home had the basic cooking necessities, extra linens and pillows. The bed was very comfortable, and I always struggle getting comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with the basic toiletries, in the event you happened to forget anything. The town and general vicinity are gorgeous, there are several shops and eateries to check out. I highly recommend Cricket's Antique & Garden Shop as well as Two Birds and The Farmhouse Cafe.

This was a very enjoyable and relaxing place to stay. Everything is top-notch and we felt at home! A welcoming note and some cookies started our stay off! It’s very close to restaurants and stores. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

We had a great stay! The hot tub was lovely, and the space was very clean and exactly what we expected. We loved the shower too! They even left us a dog biscuit and thank you note for booking with them. We had an issue with the hot tub at first, but Alfred fixed it so we were still able to enjoy it in the evening. Overall a great stay!

Anne’s Carriage House apartment is truly a gem. This was a return visit for me and my friend’s Girl’s Trip. Hard to imagine improving on excellence but it was the case. The accommodations are tasteful and charming inside— well appointed, super clean and plenty of space. The kitchenette was spotless and well appointed with items for our use. We could prepare a nice breakfast before going out to the many local sites and attractions nearby. With the rainy weather we encountered on our trip, the dryer came in particularly handy. The setting is just as wonderful— Anne’s garden, and the meadows and pastures nearby provide a peaceful tranquility along with quiet and privacy. Anne is a wonderful host. When an unfortunate event happened to my car, she was caring and supportive, and let us stay a bit longer to address the follow up. Her restaurant suggestions were spot-on too! She always responded promptly and thoughtfully. I would happily rebook Anne’s place and hope to return some day soon

had such a lovely, calm stay at the little cabin. i visited for a research stay, so this was exactly what i needed after a long day in the office. i recommend a car (although there was a bike available to me).

This house was great. We had such a nice stay. It was quiet and just exactly how it was described. The house was comfortable and well equipped. We came to enjoy all Buck's County has to offer and this home was the perfect place to land after a long day. Maggie and Chris responded quickly to any of my questions and were great people to work with. I would definitely recommend this home as a wonderful place to stay.

Cheryl’s place was great! Very cozy and comfortable. I traveled with my husband, two young kids, and our dog, and although the actual guesthouse was a little small for the four of us, having access to the yard and the deck made it feel a lot bigger. I booked the place with the hopes of the kids using the pool, but the unseasonably cold and rainy June weather made it difficult…. Although my kids still took a “cold plunge” the day we got there and had fun!! We enjoyed the outdoor porch … loved the porch swing and sitting listening to the birds. Cheryl told us about a walking trail right on their property, which we walked, and had fun exploring. The guesthouse is nestled in the woods, which was beautiful and quiet! Cheryl and her husband Jamie were personable and very responsive! If we come back to this area, we would definitely stay in Cheryl’s place again!

Had an amazing stay at this home. It was exactly as described. They had everything that you would need from extra trash bags, paper towels, TP, soap, detergent, etc. The home was very clean. Checkout was very easy as they didn’t request much to be done as I’ve had at other stays before. Would highly recommend.
