Stacie’s beautiful row home in historic Port Richmond, Philadelphia is absolutely amazing! Stacie is a wonderful host; she ensured we had everything that we needed and offered wonderful recommendations in the area. The home is beautifully appointed. It is remodeled with modern amenities, yet keeps the historic charm with the original natural wood and exposed brick walls. She has everything you need, including a back porch area to rest and enjoy drinks in the evening. There are many local eateries within walking distance that are neighborhood gems. Only a short ride to downtown/Center City for historic sightseeing, too. Stacie is a kind and gracious host who strives to ensure you’re enjoying your time and she was in constant contact to ensure everything was going well. Her home is even better, in person. It was a wonderful trip and I wish we could have stayed longer. Stacie’s place will be our go-to when we return to Philadelphia! Thank you, Stacie! :)

The accommodation perfectly matches the description: very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The house is ideally located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, yet easily accessible and close to public transport, making it easy to get around. Looks exactly like the pictures. Big enough for 5 of us. Beds were VERY comfortable, clearly expensive mattresses. Comfortable upscale bedding. Lots of closet space.

Marcia is such a lovely and kind host, very responsive, flexible and helpful. And her large turn-of-the century house in an historic neighborhood is pretty special. This was the first time I had stayed in an owner-occupied Airbnb and I wasn't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be a memorable experience. Marcia was friendly and welcoming, and I felt very comfortable and at-home while staying with her (and her sweet cat, Oscar). I would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at Lorenas place. I slept great and had everything I need. Lorena is so kind and responsive. And the house is beautiful and comfortable. I’ll stay there again for sure!

Great cozy place to stay. Love the history and architecture of the home and neighborhood. Amalia was very friendly and extremely accommodating. When we realized the previous guests had consumed all the coffee, she immediately went to the store and bought some for us. If light from street lights bothers you at night consider wearing sleep masks.

We had a great stay at Ruthie and Jame’s place! It was a great location and very clean. Ruthie and James were both very nice and helpful. We were able to walk to all of the major neighborhoods that we wanted to see from the apartment (East Passyunk, Fishtown, Queens Village, Old City, etc.) with the maximum amount of walking time being 40 minutes. There were tons of great restaurants within a 15 minute walk of the apartment and we felt very safe there. Check in was easy and we had no issues during our stay :)

The apartment was clean and large. Host was communicative and nice. Good value. Street parking was available. Neighborhood is a bit crime-prone but that is not the host's fault.

This Hewitt is a history lover's dream. If you enjoy Victorian history, architecture, and antiques, you're going to love this place. The period accurate furniture, the 1906 Victrola, and the antique typewriter are stunning. I also enjoyed learning more about the history and ownership of the home via the Google devices in each room. The secret room hidden behind the bookcase is one of the coolest things I've experienced at an airbnb-- the apt is worth it for that experience alone! Aside from the gorgeous interior, the apt itself is pretty quiet. You'll occasionally hear the dog barking outside or a loud car passing by, but not often. The neighborhood is also lovely to walk around filled with more history. There are stunning Victorians all around the area, which makes walking around to discover them a treat. There are also house museums you can visit. Overall, the Hewitt is a must-visit at least once, but I'm already thinking about the next time I can go.

Very convenient location for us, clean, spacious and reasonably easy to park on weekends. Lucy's instruction was very clear. It was a very comfortable stay for us.

Place was better than expected. Chestnut hills was absolutely beautiful. Stores are walkable distances and theres so much to explore ! Walking around, especially at night was so safe and fun !!Edward was quick to respond and kept everything professional. The only downside was the shower. The water would fill up a little in the tub and the faucet would not turn off while the shower ran, but that was not a major concern to me, as much as its was to my partner. Other than that, 100% would recommend this spot. Its perfectly placed, so much to do, and very cute and cozy inside <:

Super cute spot in a great neighborhood—extremely walkable to many restaurants, bars, shops, etc. For Philly it was a relatively good price and an all around good value. We would definitely stay again, especially as the location was near to our good friend!

Really nice place with a great vibe and atmosphere. The interior was clean and well-maintained. As expected for a city location, parking isn’t the easiest—street parking is limited and can be a bit of a hassle. However, there’s a budget-friendly parking garage about a 10-minute walk away, which was a great find and made things much more manageable. Overall, it’s definitely worth a visit, just plan ahead for parking if you’re driving in.

For being my first Airbnb stay I was very satisfied with this place! Looks just like the photos and much beautiful feel in person. It felt like I was coming and going as if I was at my own apartment building that’s how great the host instructions was very simple self explanatory. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Danni's place is five stars all around! It is spacious, family-friendly, and immaculately clean with everything that you would need for a relaxing stay to feel like you are right at home. Great linens, comfortable beds, and a well-stocked kitchen if you decide to cook a few meals during the stay (thank you for the snacks!). Danni's home is super walkable--within a few blocks from great restaurants and shops, as well as some of the top sights in the city, yet still quiet and peaceful. The rooftop view is stunning! Danni is one of the best hosts I've encountered. She responded to all questions instantly, provided flexible check-in/check-out arrangements, and made my out-of-town guests feel at ease. She was extremely accommodating and did a great job anticipating the needs of her guests. No need to look further--book Danni's place before someone else does!

Fabulous stay! Spotless apartment, chic and comfortable decor, awesome location. I was in town with my teen daughter for a track meet, and this apartment was the perfect set-up for us. It was very convenient for us to have a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. We never had any trouble finding a parking spot, day or night. We absolutely loved the location—it was so close to everything and easy to get around. Clarissa was a lovely host, responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend!!

We loved staying here! We were a group of friends staying the weekend for a wedding. Bin’s home was extremely clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom (with two sinks/mirrors, which was extra helpful for getting ready for the wedding). Bin gave clear instructions, was very responsive leading up to our stay, and even let us check in three hours early. The location was also great - very quiet at night and easy to get to other places via public transit. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Philly!
