Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Phelps County

This little apartment was perfect for my family of five. It was super clean and exactly as described. There were plenty of linens and laundry supplies. What a great little place. We will stay again!

If you need a place to stay this is it!! The place was way more than I expected!!! It has everything you need to be right at home!! Constance is very helpful and a very caring person that wants everything perfect for you stay!! If you are ever coming to Rolla this is the place to stay!! I want to say thanks Constance and I appreciate the hospitality!!!

Chuck was easy to contact and accommodating for early check in as we arrived to town earlier than expected. This was an extremely clean and cozy place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet making our stay very peaceful and relaxing. Beds are comfortable with clean linen which allowed us a wonderful nights rest. Highly recommend place to stay.

Our host was so responsive and helpful in so many ways. We stayed in the Sutton b&b for almost 2 months waiting for our new home to be completed and gave us comfortable space and not cramped. We would highly recommend staying at one one their b&b's.

This place was very nice and comfortable for our out of town guests. They highly complimented the place and said it was very nice for their time here.

Our camping plans got rained out so we had to pivot and find somewhere to stay last minute. This place happened to be available… we booked and we arrived an hour later. This home is clean and situated on a nice property not too far off the highway. We were very pleased with the obvious intention that went into making this home cozy and comfortable . I probably said “I could live here” at least 10 times. The hosts are gracious and kind and I would highly recommend this place as a lovely little getaway spot.

If you’re looking for an affordable, immaculate, spacious place that’s perfectly situated in country serenity, yet conveniently close to just about every creature comfort…look no further! This home is gorgeous. The pics don’t even capture how open and welcoming it truly is. The location… felt very safe, private, quiet, breathtaking farm views anytime of day but highly recommended enjoying your am coffee on the front porch. From Prairie Base, it’s hard to believe town is only about 7 mins away. My family stayed with Amanda and Travis for my daughter’s basic training graduation at Ft. Leonard Wood. Easy access to the Hwy and an easy 40 min straight shot. The hosts - Communication check in/out instructions were timely and clear. Travis even took time out to provide us with some ranching advice and education. We are highly satisfied with our stay and if life brings us back to the area, we’ll book again!

Great home away from home. Everything was as described, very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. A couple of deer walked around the yard while I was on the back deck. I would definitely stay again if in the area

We had a fantastic stay and Susan was such a warm and welcoming host. The property is beautiful, the home is comfortable and cozy and we had everything we needed and more for an extended stay. Susan is a super responsive host, quickly answering any questions we had and making sure we had all the information we needed. She also provided little extras at the home that made our visit extra special! We were in town visiting family for two weeks. It was easy to get to everything, yet, when we came back to the Double B Ranch, we felt like we were away from everything, out in the country somewhere. We even fished and enjoyed the wonderful fire pit! We will definitely stay at Double B Ranch again in the future!

House was clean and very well set up. Cathy did a great job communicating during our stay. 5/5 would recommend to anyone.

This place was a perfect road trip stop with the family. The place was modern, simple, clean, and very comfortable. The house is located within walking distance to a great brewery with great food and beautiful beer garden area where the kids could play and we all could relax. Quickly accessible to the highway. Overall was exactly what we were looking for and couldn't be happier with our stay!
