We welcome you to our 2 accommodations in a quiet area surrounded by greenery , but very close to big cities , Lille 20 minutes , Lens 25 minutes, Arras 30 minutes . The building is independent of our house. On the ground floor are the living room, the toilet and the kitchen and upstairs the bedroom with the bathroom. The breakfast option is possible at €10 per person. We are 3 km from the forest of Phalempin. For work, the highway is 7 minutes away. I look forward to welcoming you😁.

The furnished old school

Our lodging of 60m² is quiet and fully equiped, for short or long stays. You will have access by foot to "La Forêt de Phalempin", its several walking paths and natural interests. It's close to all amenities and accesses : - In the village, a caterer offers excellences products. You will find many shops in Phalempin, 5min away and at Seclin's Unexpo Shopping center at 10min. - By car, Phalempin's train station is 5min away, Libercourt's at 10min, A1 highway at 10min and A23 at 15min.

Charming Cottage

In the center of Annoeullin, with many shops, 20 min from Lille and 5 min from the train station to Lille or Lens, nice little house of about 60 m2 on 2 levels. Equipped kitchen and dining room around the pellet stove on the ground floor. A few steps up, a beautiful cathedral living room with TV and WiFi, sofa and a 2-seater sofa bed. A comfortable and quiet double bedroom and bathroom. On request, a single mattress in the mezzanine. We're waiting for you 😉

Cottage in the countryside near Lille

My accommodation is halfway between Lille and Douai, 20 minutes from each of these major cities. We have a train station in Phalempin, which is 10 minutes from the house, we are also 5 minutes from the state forest. You will enjoy this charming country house of 70 m2, in a very peaceful setting. It consists of a living room with a dining room, 2 shower rooms and 2 bedrooms, a terrace and a private car park closed by an electric gate.
