The cosy little appartment ist situated only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 4 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from Appartments Entrance.

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door.
