Beide Zimmer sind mit hochwertigen Boxspringbetten 220 x 200cm ausgestattet. Das BnB bietet eigene Eingänge, Bäder. Das self-service Frühstück ist einfach (Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, etc.). Es kann im unbeheizten Vorraum zubereitet und im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.

The apartment doesn't have a balcony, but you can share the garden/fireplace. The bathroom and kitchen must be shared with 2 other people

The apartment is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a balcony and great lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 20 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

I am living there all year long so I guarantee you'll feel at home and have a fully functional and equipped flat for your stay. The appartment is very bright and I hope you'll enjoy the sunny balcony, watching a film in the wall mounted TV and a nice sleep on hotel quality bed. You'll be able surrounded by my aquariums.

Parking is available on the neighborhood street and for a short time in four visitor parking spaces.

Ideal for hiking in the beautiful Tösstal or simply relaxing walks in the surrounding area. Access to the apartment by stairs (no elevator). It is over 300 years old house. Therefore, the apartment only has a ceiling height of about 190 cm. Easily accessible by bus or car.

My small guesthouse in the Zurich Oberland is an ideal place to relax and unwind, take a break and take long walks in nature. Forest, meadows and hills are at my doorstep. You can be a self-cooker, or you can be cooked vegetarian all around. You'll be in Zurich or Winterthur in half an hour. Hittnau itself is small and cozy and offers a lot of nature.

The proximity to the lake (5 minutes on foot) and the city (10 minutes) makes it an attractive starting point for excursions and business.
