Das self-service Frühstück ist einfach (Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, etc.). Es kann im unbeheizten Vorraum zubereitet und im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.

The room is located on the first floor of the factory villa we live in, which is only 3 minutes from Wetzikon train station. You share the bathroom/toilet with the guests of the green room. Breakfast is not included, but I am happy to offer a breakfast agreed with you. (Cost per person per day CHF 10.00) The kitchen can only be used for warming up by microwave and a small compartment in the fridge is ready for you The garden is for free use.

Therefore, the apartment only has a ceiling height of about 190 cm. Easily accessible by bus or car.

My small guesthouse in the Zurich Oberland is an ideal place to relax and unwind, take a break and take long walks in nature. Forest, meadows and hills are at my doorstep. You can be a self-cooker, or you can be cooked vegetarian all around. You'll be in Zurich or Winterthur in half an hour. Hittnau itself is small and cozy and offers a lot of nature.

Ideal for cuddling up in winter and super comfortable for chilling out or doing sports in summer. Autonomous and quiet. The proximity to the lake (5 minutes on foot) and the city (10 minutes) makes it an attractive starting point for excursions and business.
