Historic, calm & stylish

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof. Until then possible workemissions.

Dachgeschosswohnung in sicherem Wohnquartier in Zürich Seebach. mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr bist du in rund 20 Minuten am Flughafen oder in der Innenstadt. Zum Hallenstadion kannst du zu Fuss zum Konzert und dein Auto gratis stehen lassen. Die Wohnung hat keinen Balkon, aber einen Garten mit Grillplatz. Achtung: Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock ohne Lift (48 Treppenstufen). Im Moment ist neben dem Haus seine Baustelle, es kann ab 7.00 Uhr zu etwas Baulärm kommen. spare Geld und koche selbst

Das Apartment liegt unmittelbar an der Hauptstrasse in Herrliberg, zu Fuss nur etwa 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof Herrliberg-Feldmeilen entfernt. Gleich neben an befindet sich ein Coop Supermarkt. Herrliberg ist eine ruhige Wohngemeinde, welche sich an der Sonnenseite des Zürichsee befindet. Mit dem Zug hat man bis in die Stadt nur rund 17 Minuten. I strongly recommend staying with Filippo. The apartment, the place and room were just perfect for my days in Zurich. Besides, Filippo is a very nice man and willing to help every moment.

It was a great pleasure to stay at Luiz's house. He welcomed us very late at night with everything very clean and left us complimentary coffee and tea. He was very friendly and always responded very quickly to everything we asked for. He gave us transportation recommendations and was very attentive to what we needed. The bed is very comfortable and you can enjoy the balcony. The location was great! It was very easy to get downtown and also very nice because we toured very nice parts of the city along the way! Thank you Luiz for everything! We loved meeting you and the warmth of your home! We highly recommend the accommodation.
