Everything is good with this apartment

We were traveling as a large family with 3 generations. I had to clarify two things in advance because of traveling with a toddler and immediately got an answer and a helpful concession. Then we arrived and ALL felt at home immediately. The apartment is beautifully located and really practical and cozy. Communication 1a. You are immediately at the Isar and can walk along the water to the city center. The garden is a real feel-good garden. The equipment for pastime for all 3 generations phenomenal - from picture book to Playstation to very traditional street chalk, grill and badminton and much more. I look forward to staying here again at the next family reunion in Landshut. Thank you!!!

We stayed for a hiking holiday in the nature house. The house is super nice, the amenities are very high quality. Those who love wood and natural stone will fall in love with the house. Small drawback is that in Morsbach there are no bakeries, supermarkets or restaurants to go to in the evening. You depend on a car. It wasn't an issue for us. We will be happy to come back.

The location is great, peaceful and private as we wanted. The house has everything you need and is beautiful furnitured. Nice and communicative hosts. Everytime again :) Best Regards

After traveling through the UK for 10 days (staying in hotels), Achim's beautiful home was just what my family of 4 (with 2 adult children) needed. House was spacious, lots of natural light, and super clean and comfortable. We were visiting family in Haimhausen and it was a quick 5 minute drive. Munich airport was an easy 20 mins away. The host went out of their way to make sure to greet us upon arrival to show us how everything worked and thoughtfully left some things for us to eat/drink. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Bavaria!

We had a wonderful time at Angelika's place. The apartment is lovingly and tastefully decorated in every detail. You can immediately tell how much heart is in it. The garden in particular is a real highlight: quiet, well-kept and beautiful, a perfect place to relax. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and would have liked to have stayed longer. We stayed as a family of five – with both small and older children – and had a wonderful time in this apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, the apartment is beautifully decorated and well laid out, and the beds are very comfortable with high-quality linens. We immediately felt at home. the attic house was very spacious and bright. It is a new cozy and comfortably furnished house with a beautiful bathroom. The house was clean. Recommended!

Spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen also has everything (except sharp knives). The location is also great. I can definitely recommend it.

We made a stopover here on the way home for an overnight stay, after a day of travel it was a very comfortable cottage in a beautiful area where you could walk wonderfully. Very good bed, we slept well

It was just perfect for me! The apartment is wonderful - plenty of space, very nicely furnished, with everything you need. The location is great - it is quiet and you can sit comfortably on a great balcony, or stroll to the bakery in the morning and take a walk on the Abens. The bed is great, the shower too! Check-in and check-out hassle-free and communication great! My dog and I felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful apartment, central and very nice and helpful host! Everything you need is available in the apartment. The beautiful old town can be reached on foot. Perfect location for traveling along the Danube bike path.

Everything as described. In fact, the stairs do not lead to any usable space. The apartment is a little dark, but has everything you need. Check-in without problems, very good price/performance ratio. I would come back

Highly recommended! Very nice and quiet, nearby there are restaurants, an ice cream parlor and bakery. You can walk super, great surroundings! Nearby is Munich, Ingolstadt and more :) it's worth it! The hosts are super friendly and everything was very clean and in the kitchen everything you need is available. I'd love to come back :)

This was a great location for me and my family to spend a few days in exploring the surrounding area. Very close to the train station that left on average every 10 minutes, we could get going or get home easily. The apartment itself is HUGE, which was a nice change of pace being in small hotel rooms. I loved relaxing in their deep, clean, soaking tub since it was a bit cold and rainy during our stay. It was kind of the hosts to include a variety of refreshments and snacks for us in the kitchen. Really the only thing I wasn’t totally prepared for was the hike up to the room… It does say that the room is on the second floor (which to me, read that you’d be going up one flight of stairs to reach floor 2…), but in reality it was more like 3 flights which was a bit of an unwelcome surprise after being delayed on our train journey and not getting in until nearly midnight. But we survived! I would definitely stay again, particularly if I was lighter on luggage… :)

There were three of us there for a total of 5 nights and we felt very comfortable. The apartment is very clean and the old town is wonderfully within walking distance. By car, you can reach the Baggersee in 10 minutes! Would book the apartment again.

The place was absolutely top! Very clean, lovingly and comfortably furnished – you can tell that the landlords really make a great effort. There were small attentions and surprises that made the stay special. A note: To get to the apartment, you have to go through the hallway of the private apartment – this may not be ideal for everyone, but it did not bother us. Overall definitely recommended – we felt very comfortable!
