A Slice of Heaven by the Sea. A spacious, light-filled, cosy home, which has been newly renovated with much love. It’s a detached bungalow with lots of private space. Beyond the back garden there is the Salt Haven Brook with peaceful countryside views and only bird chatter to sometimes disturb you! A minute walk away & you are on Pevensey Bay’s lovely shingle beach and a 5-10 min walk will take you to all the shops, cafés & restaurants with the welcoming Castle Inn Pub and beach Aqua Bar too.

There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Our bungalow has everything you could possibly need for a cosy stay at the beach. It has a fabulous location, literally a minute walk to the beach and only a few minutes walk to the village. The village is idyllic with various bakers, cafés & pubs, along with a mini supermarket, fish and chip shop, Indian Restaurant and gift shop. Not forgetting the Aqua Beach Bar too which is right on the beach. The beach itself is clean and quiet - even in peak season.

A spacious outdoor patio offers stunning sea views, featuring a dining table with six chairs, a sun umbrella, and a swinging chair. The area is surrounded by pebble beach and lush greenery, creating a serene atmosphere for relaxation.
