The house is surrounded by nature, reachable only on foot 300 meters from the parking lot, but very close to the lake and the village that offers art and culture, beautiful panoramic views, restaurants and beach. You'll love it for the tranquility and vastness of the spaces, the views towards the lake and mountains, the intimacy, the exposed ceiling, the comfort, the large lawn around. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

The charm of the house is made especially by the terraces in the east and south-west direction, the panoramic windows and the garden with wine arbor. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a living room with a fireplace and a TV room provide comfort. The house is good for families (with children). A car is necessary.
